I had made a last minute decision to visit Bhutan and I am so grateful & glad to find Bhutan Best Inbound tour. The tour planning was seamless as the itinerary was communicated through their WhatsApp business account. It saves alot of time and things could be modified & planned accordingly to my preferences. They handed me a scarf as a welcome gift. Both of them were professional throughout the trip. Mr Tandin is knowledgeable about all the sites we had visited and is able to answer any questions that I may have. Mr Choda have awesome driving skills especially through the winding mountainous road. He ensures that safety is the number 1 priority. Both of them were thoughtful, patient, courteous, polite and always willing to lend a helping hand. Accommodations provided were great in true Bhutanese architecture. All of them were well furnished, clean & modern. Food provided are no frills, simple Bhutanese fare. Highlight was definitely chili cheese and dining at a local farmhouse. Bhutan is a beautiful experience. I felt peace, tranquility & calm within. Truly blessed to be able to make it into the kingdom. Everyone gave positive vibes and Bhutanese hospitality is gracious. Main highlights is the trek to tiger nest, visiting buddha point & the beautiful punakha zong I would highly recommended this tour company to anyone who like to visit Bhutan. We did a 5days cultural and spiritual tour with the Bhutan best inbound tour in March. Although we had a 4 hours delayed from Kathmandu due to low visibility , when we arrived Bhutan we forgot the 4 hours wait at the airport and we were calm and at peace once I stoped out of the plane. I would like to express my gratitude to Namgay and Pema, they are professional and very informative with sharing the local culture with us. Always encouraging us to ask away whenever we feel the curiosity about local culture or religion. We had a chance to stay at Leki’s farmhouse and it was such a wonderful experience to be truly involved in a local way of living. We were surrounded by rice field and woke up with fresh air. Had dinner around the wood burning heater and share a wonderful home cook meal that every vegetables were grown in the farm. We also stayed a night at the Monastery near Thimphu. It was probably one of the most memorable experience I’ve had so far. After a 2.5 hours hike ,we arrived the misty and spiritual ground of a local monastery. It was a humbling experience and we are glad we were welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. A reminder for those who want to do monastery stay is to wash your hair and have a hot shower before you go! Hot water for shower is not guaranteed. It has been a grounding and humbling experience in Bhutan and we are so grateful to have our experienced tour guide Namgay and driver Pema with us along the journey. They made sure we are safe and taken care of through out our stay. I would 100% recommend Bhutan best inbound tour to anyone who want to visit Bhutan.

I was expecting the reviews for Bhutan Best Inbound Tours to be too good to be true. However, for customer service, organisation and general awesome tours of Bhutan, they far exceeded all the reviews. Mr. Thinley was excellent from start to finish, ensuring from the first enquiring email to checking us in for our flight home, that we enjoyed every moment of our visit to Bhutan. Our hotels were beautiful, with some of the nicest rooms and greatest views I've ever had. All the activities fulfilled all of our desires for our visit and we got to see the Bhutan we'd always wanted to thanks to the help of Mr. Thinley and the team at Bhutan Best Inbound. Even when due to unforseen circumstances my wife and I were unable to fly on the day we were supposed to come to Bhutan, the Bhutan Best Inbound team moved heaven and Earth to get us there 2 days later, and ensure we had our full time in Bhutan at no extra cost to ourselves. Our guides for the week Pema and Phurba were also fantastic. They were both extremely sincere in their wish to ensure we had the best possible stay and knew everything we wanted to about Bhutan. They were great fun to spend the week with and always so helpful and understanding. We were both very sad to say goodbye to them at the end of the week. Bhutan Visa & Helpful Company Me & my friend could finally plan for Bhutan Vacation. I was of the impression that Bhutan visa is required for other international guest but not for Indian & passport copy is sufficient to enter Bhutan. Our Bagdogra flight was on Saturday afternoon and the rooms were all secured. Actually we thought of doing these tour on our own as we thought this could be more cost effective Just a one day before we started our journey , we came to know that even Indians require to get the manual road permit from immigration if they are travelling on their own and immigration remains closed on Saturday and Sunday. I was very disappointed to hear that as we had already planned our holidays, the payment for the rooms were already done and Airticket already purchased. So at the last minute we had no choice but to contact Bhutanese Tour Operator. So contacted Bhutan Inbound tour for pre approved road permit. But we were pretty skeptical if we can get road permit in half a day time or not and was crossing our finger, In last hour they got our road permit approved , had arranged the guide and transportation too as it was mandatory to hire Bhutan transportation and guide for the pre approved road permit. I would like to thank Bhutan inbound for their dedicated service. It was good that we had to take guide as we could not have seen so many places that we saw without the help of the guide. Our guide Mr.Chundu was knowledgeable and friendly. Our driver Tandin was a skillful driver. As all of us were young, they also took us for a night out in Thimphu, giving us service beyond their allocated time. Yes we did incur additional unplanned cost but trust me it was worth it.. . . Me and my friends joined a group tour to Bumdra Trek organized by Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. It was a one night camping tour starting from Paro Sangchoekhor to Bumdra Camp and came out from the basement of Tiger Nest Hike. The trek was little tough as the trekking route was steep most of the time. We were provided with hearty lunch on half way of the trek. But once we reached the Bumdra and the view of the Himalaya peak was simply amazing and made our strenuous hike worth it. We also visited Bumdra temple an also checked out sky burial places which was one hour further from Bumdra Camp. The arrangement was comfortable, the food was good . All in one had a wonderful experience. And visiting sky burial place was my first time experience

We have booked a family Tour with Bhutan Inbound and have to say that we had a lovely time. They have picked up a very good hotels for us which were child friendly. The Dhumra farm house in Punakha was the best. The tour also included few gentle hikes which were good for children. The tour gave us more than what we expected. Thank you🙏👍👍

Pre-Travel: As we organized our tour (i.e. visa, hotel, itinerary) by ourselves, Bhutan Inbound Tours provided us with a great guide and driver. They answered all our questions very professionally and within a short time. Our itinerary comprised cultural sightseeing, several half-day hikes and "free time" to experience daily-life in the cities, villages and Home-/Farmstays. Our guide, Tandin Dorji, is very knowledgeable and interested in many topics; he was always patient, polite and very friendly. He speaks professional English and is easy to understand. Tandin has a deep knowledge about Bhutanese Culture, History and Bhuddism and managed to explain the different aspects in an easy to understand way, e.g. using stories to make it easy to remember. When it comes to Bhuddism, Tandin very well explained the historical and spiritual background of the huge variety of the different statues, pictures, symbols etc., patiently answering all our questions even if we have asked the same question several times before. He supported us in showing a respectful behaviour in temples, in praying rituals and blessing ceremonies. If we wanted we could take time for meditation. We also did several half-day hikes: Tandin skillfully led us through the "jungle" and even insisted on carrying our water and lunch. Our driver Mr. Pema was very attentive and ensured we had a comfortable journey. He is a skillful driver and made sure that we would not get sick on the curvy roads, and that we arrived safe and on time every day. We never worried about our safety even when passing big trucks on narrow streets. Also he often knew about our needs even earlier than we did, asking if we needed a break or provided water. The car he provided was very comfortable (even for a 2meter/6.6feet tall person) and Mr. Pema made sure that it was always clean and tidy. Tandin and Mr. Pema had a very good coordination, so every time we came back from e.g. hiking (even if we changed our plans during the day) Mr. Pema was already waiting with the car, so we never had to wait. They made sure we had a hassle free time. Over a time of 2 weeks both have always been very attentive and very friendly! Bhutan is a wonderful, unique, natural and peaceful country - Tandin and Mr. Pema helped us a lot to experience it this way. A big thank you to both of you - you are great! A hint for other travellers who plan by themselves: in Bhutan it is common that the accomodation also provides food and accomodation for the guides - but unfortunately not all of them do. You might want to check in advance.

5 stars is not enough, I’m giving them 6 stars for the best service I’ve ever received. I went to Bhutan mid-April 2023 with my brother, and we had the most amazing time. Thinley was very responsive in our chat group when we were planning our trip. We live in a different time zone, sometimes we’d get responses past his working hours and I wonder if he sleeps. Throughout the planning stage Thinley was very accommodating to what we want and don’t want to do and modified the itinerary for us. I like that they were very flexible, even during the course of the tour we were constantly asked when and what we want to eat, what we want to do when we had extra time, how long we want to stay in a place, etc. We were able to take our time and were not rushed. We cannot praise our guide Tandin Wangchuk and our driver Phub Tshering enough. What a wonderful team! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They were very courteous, polite, friendly and most importantly they’re very knowledgeable about their country. We have learned so much. They were also very patient with us. On some of the hikes we did when I had to stop and take a breather, Tandin never once rushed me to hurry up. He gave me all the time I needed. He also kept offering to carry our bags😅 We are not used to being spoiled like this. The roads in Bhutan are not easy to maneuver as they are very winding on the mountainside. Lucky for us Phub is a very experienced driver, we felt safe in his hands that we were able to take naps while he drove. All-in-all it was an amazing trip, it was so personalised to our needs. Bhutan Best Inbound put together an exceptional tour of Bhutan that included 8 days of trekking on the Jomolhari Trek and 7 days of cultural touring in Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha. Our guide throughout the entire trip was Rinzin. He displayed a mastery of the trails and villages through which we hiked, as well as, an expertise of local food, culture, and history in Bhutan’s major cities. No matter where we went, the local people knew and respected Rinzin. He even accompanied us on our stay at a Buddhist monastery where we experienced the daily life of Buddhist monks and had the opportunity to learn more about Buddhist philosophy. Because Mark and I were a group of two, Rinzin worked tirelessly to customize the trip to our tastes, so each day he worked to add or remove activities from our itinerary. I cannot speak more highly of Bhutan Best Inbound or Rinzin. Mark and I had the trip of a lifetime, and if we ever come back to Bhutan, we intend to use the same tour operator. So whether you are planning a trek, a cultural tour, or a religious retreat in Bhutan, I highly recommend Bhutan Best Inbound.

This was far-and-away the most incredible experience of my life. Bhutan Best Inbound Tour played a major role in that: from the moment I arrived to Bhutan, the process was seamless (as well as all communication before the trip). Thinley and Jaya (the owners) had every detail organized so that I truly had to do nothing more than to sit back, enjoy, and experience the transformation of mind/body/spirit that Bhutan leaves you with. They created an itinerary that was beyond anything I could have dreamed of including beautiful hikes, treks, visits to traditional farmhouses, monastery stays, Bhutanese restaurants and cafes (which they treated me to). . .the list goes on. They were both ready to start the day at whatever time I wanted and take it at whatever pace suited me. This was hands down the most enjoyable, impactful, profoundly wonderful experience of my life.

Bhutan Best Inbound Tour has organised a wonderful and comfortable trekking tour to Bumdra Ney for me and my family. There were horses to carry our luggages which made our walk easy and enjoyable. We were surprised to see the camp had luxurious beds at such high elevation, the beds were so cozy and comfortable. We spent one night at the camp and the meals were delicious and lavish.
