And the staff was very supportive and caring...the hospitals facilities are clean and well maintained.. The rooms are comfortable....communication was the strong point of my experience ....the doctor took the time to explain my condition...the medical team tookk the time to understand my individual needs and reference...makin me feel valued and respected as a patient...

I have heard about the excellent treatment and services providd by the Galaxy Hospital but got an opportunity to experience the same recently during my mother's treatment. I was overwhelmed by the treatment given by the Doctors and their polite nature. They give immense confidence in patient with their very convincing conversations about any health issues of patient. I really appreciate the punctuality of all the staff members in the hospital. The nurses are so well trained not only in their duty but also they know how to behave with the patient and its family. I must thank all the nurses for caring my mother affectionately and with so much love. The supporting staff are very cooperative and hard working which was evident by seeing the hygiene and cleanliness at the hospital. It is very good hospital with some scope of improvements. Expert doctors panel and they provide all the information about patient treatement and condition which is good part and I encourage to keep it up. Yes, cleanliness for the charges needs to be improved. Yes, management can be better ( staff ). But, I would say patient is in better hands until you are under this hospital. In nutshell, I would recommend my relatives to this hospital.

My dad admitted in this hospital for 7 days of treatment and through out this duration mine and my dad’s experience were really pleasant, all doctors were attentive, behaves nicely and also explain the situation in very simple way. I have talk about their management and expenses though cause it’s very transparent, provides detailed information of everything and they keeps records of everything and also share with us which I liked. All nurses, rmo’s and other staff was great and very helpful in everything. Some things are there which can be nice though but as they work fine so they didn’t bother at all like slow working lift, water source etc. overall great experience. 🙌🏼
