Went for CT scan on 1/8/22. Staff at the reception took half an hour to inform the scan cost (2200). Then took the patient inside for scan. After few minutes the scanning staff came out and said scan cost is 3300 and I have to pay balance now. I said that was not at all fair. Staff went inside silently, completed scan (behaved rudely with the patient). Then informed patient to pay balance and collect report in the evening. 😠 Totally annoying experience

I had very bad experiences with the nurse. We went for child fever, but not measured fever, weight,..so unprofessional overall. Nurse are rude , lost all reports, doctors prescriptions. Even one nurse was annoyed and angry when baby was crying for injection time.
