This gym is awesome, well equipped with spacious and hygienic environment. Also, I’m undergoing PT here - I’m a beginner & I need not to worry about it. Trainer is professional and has very good understanding. He knows how to train you and encourages you to achieve the goal. I can see/feel visible results - reduced 5 kgs (92 -> 87) in just 4 weeks of time with increased stamina. Now, I feel more confident that with his training, I’d continue to get excellent results and achieve my goal.
