3 stars for equipments ,maintenance and to possess some advanced machines in Chidambaram , Cleanliness is OK ( They clean 10 days once , Too much crowd , Fees is reasonable and justifiable . Coach is worse ( No proper science behind proper bodybuilding ) . Gym inmates are desi types ( Not inculcating proper form and science) , Discipline inside the gym is maintained by the gym management and coach. Over all, best gym in Chidambaram but not upto the mark

In Chidambaram, A ONE gym is the best for both sex in separate. Fee for gym is also nominal. I recommend that A ONE is best for all.

No proper trainer, have to learn by ourselves only. Poor ventilation no AC.....not soo clean... only positive thing is its prime location easy to acess .....

One star has been reduced bcoz of more members, we have wait till they finish to use that equipment. One star has been reduced bcoz,even though they have lot of equipments, the Equipments are old and Torn
