We do not recommend any "unorganized" events there. They let in more people than they can handle. Over 80 children in one room plus some parents. A few people behind the counter, a few people at the reception and one lady trying to communicate with over 80 children, shouting into a broken microphone. Children crying because they don't understand what the lady is saying to them and what the game is about! Children pushed by other children crowding in. The size of the refreshments does not correspond to the number of children in the room. I suspect that some of the children didn't even try anything... Staff ladies taking selfies instead of taking care of the children. A room for experiments for a dozen or so children, so all the rest of the participants stand and wait for their turn, and then most of them simply give up. No paper in the toilets, no hand sanitizer in the dispensers. When you organize such a party for such a number of people, you have to keep an eye on such things on an ongoing basis. Party from 4 to 7 p.m. and until 4:40 p.m. there was a queue to the very entrance! The fun consisted mainly of being in the room and the structure itself, because only selected children who managed to get to the animator and were able to understand what was going on were able to use the remaining attractions. There were over 80 children and the organizers still had 40 places available on the website for this event (Halloween Ball). I can't imagine what would happen there if so many more children were allowed in. Tragedy. We haven't had a worse time. It's better to come to the room itself because that's what my child received for PLN 109. The child wanted to leave early, which has never happened to us before... 😱

It's nice for simple fun, but organized activities are a failure. Additionally, they do not respond to e-mails with complaints, even though the law obliges them to do so. I do not recommend anyone to buy additional attractions, such as gingerbread making or any additional activities

The price made me cry but it's actually worth the money. They have staff to (sporadically) help the kids and a large cafe that's cheaper than the main shopping centre.

I don't recommend it, the prices are high, but that's not the point. I.e. Obligation to have a change of socks, as the receptionist said because of Covid? ! Not a mask or disinfection, just a stretch, because I have never seen such a policy anywhere before. Secondly, when leaving the room, we exceeded the time by 1 minute, which resulted in additional costs (very small ones). I would be ashamed to even ask for such a sum. Especially since the changing room is in the hall and we were charged for changing clothes both on entry and exit. There are many children's playrooms in the area which I would be happy to recommend, but I definitely do not recommend it here.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the pricing policy of this room. I was with my son and not knowing how long he would like to play, I bought one hour. My mistake was that I did not verify exactly what the additional payment looks like after this hour. Considering the price of two hours, I did not expect a significant additional fee. However, when I left the room (having spent 2 hours there), an unpleasant surprise awaited me, as it turned out that I had to pay several dozen zlotys more than the price I would have paid if I had bought 2 hours straight away. It seems that the place makes money on the ignorance or indifference of its customers. Overall, I do not recommend this playroom.

Dziś synek miał urodziny i wszyscy będziemy je długo wspominać - goście z pewnością też 🙂Doskonała organizacja, otwartość i chęć pomocy, w czasie urodzin wszystko ustalane na bieżąco, każda prośba spełniona, Panie animatorki z super podejściem, na sali zabaw czysto, w sali również. Jedzenie pyszne, świeże i pięknie podane. Stół dla rodziców wyglądał jak mała biesiada 🙂 mini kanapki świeże, kolorowe i apetyczne. Urodziny super i warte każdej wydanej złotówki. Na koniec sprawne rozliczenie i Pani pamiętały o wszystkim - nawet o balonie. Sala zabaw przystosowana dla małych i dużych. Ekipa Krzysia dziękuję za urodziny 😁

Nice and clean place.

I was recently there for the first time with my daughter of less than 3 years. I was afraid of the ban on entering the structure, but fortunately it was not enforced. Very nice construction, clean and quiet (Thursday 1:30 p.m.) Nicely separated area for the toddler. The large catering section has a bit of a stretch, displays of products and you have to hold on to your wallet, but it's business. I will definitely come back because there is no better one in the direction of Otwock.

Big space with big windows. A bit too much toys to tempt kids at the exit.

Fire your child and forget for an hour or two. Kind staff. Everything seems safe for kids. There is a small café spot. Priced reasonably.

Weak place, from the "casino for children" series: 1. Too many children, chaos, fighting, crying. 2. The staff ordered us to change "somewhere" due to reservations without a specific alternative (and there were no free tables). 3. A nonsense good morning questionnaire. 4. An exhibition on children's temptation, during which many parents fought with their children about buying a toy. 5. Hit is a fee charged for exceeding by one minute for people standing in line at the cash register for more than a few minutes :-)) Please fix it :-) otherwise I don't recommend it.

Really nice place, but adults cannot go to higher floors which sometimes is problematic.

The room is dirty, small, parents cannot enter the structure with their children, so it makes no sense for the kids. At this price, it's better to choose the promenade next door.

I don't like the fact that data such as the child's name and date of birth are collected at the entrance. They take the parent's name, surname and telephone number (even if I stay with the child in the room). Of course, I made up the data because I don't think anyone needs them to enter the playground, but it makes a negative impression.

Tonight, February 20, 2024, the receptionist was disrespectful, the girl did not introduce herself, and in response to my request, I asked who I was talking to but received no answer. an employee accused me of speaking Ukrainian. I perfectly understand that Ukrainians in Poland are now like dogs, but I do not want to tolerate such treatment of my family. We visit the playground four times a week and only one girl from the reception hears contempt towards us, the last straw was the receipt thrown towards me after payment. very bad attitude towards strangers. I do not recommend

The room is nice, but unfortunately the service... if I called it tragic, I would probably compliment it. I've been there three times and I've never been able to order anything at the bar because the lady is always busy on the phone, has headphones on, and when you shout at her, she'll say "zara". Why did such a young girl have so many PRL habits... she must have watched too much "Misia"

Bardzo fajna salamzabaw. Godna polecenia. Moja siostra bawiła się znakomicie! Wrócimy na 100%! Obsługa 10/10! Było czysto dodatkowo duża przestrzeń.

Yesterday I attended a ball in this hall with my daughter. The animator leading the dance party 10/10, my daughter was delighted with the experiments, because the ladies set their hands on fire and each child had their own experiment. The only thing I didn't like was the parents who took the snacks dedicated to children on large plates to their tables!!! Considering that it is a snack for children, this is very sad behavior.
