Must Visit! Amazing place. Tours are in Polish - no english translation unfortunately. Cheap tickets. Very friendly staff. Very informative. You get to mould your own oscypek at the end. Just an FYI: this isn’t a museum as such… you don’t walk around looking at stuff. Definitely recommend 👍🏻 Thank you to the guy at reception for shrink wrapping our oscypek for our flight ✈️ They run out oscypek t-shirts 😭 so we might have to come back when we’re in Zakopane again.

Very interesting museum and stories from 2 guides. We were not Polish, but very happy about this. Big thanks 🙂

Interesting place to visit if you're interested in Poland's history of cheese making and how the process occurs. The tour is for polish speaking visitors but a lovely staff member translated the talk in English to help us understand. It is a bit long, around 1.5 hours, but I had a good experience, especially molding our own cheese.

A nice experience on a rainy day. The guides were engaging and humorous, although I'm not a Polish speaker so my friend needed to translate. Overall I enjoyed it though. You can't pay by card here so prepare some cash. Also an option to have a tour in English would be good.

We were absolutely happy about our visit. Although the tour was in Polish, one of the lovely guides was very attentive and kind - he explained us everything is English and made sure that we dont miss any essential information. More than half of the tour is an interesting workshop - the cheese-making process was shown, and visitors are invited to paticipate. Recommended!

Nice place where you can learn about the history of oscypek and what makes the real oscypek. It is in Polish language only. After theoretical part, there is a quick practice of making the cheese in a shape of animal or symbol. It was good but I was with foreign visitors who were a bit bored as they didn't understand a thing. A good idea would be to make these shows in English once a day:)

I didn't make the tour at all. 5 stars for the kindness of receptionist. She told us that the tour is only in polish but we don't speak polish. So she apologized so much and advised us sincerely to not waste money and time, after that she advised us to go to other places where we can enjoy more.

Not recommended if you don't want to risk catching something because they pack all people in a single crowded room that has no hangers for coats(you leave them on the bench) and no ventilation(all the windows are closed). Pretty hot inside and these conditions are hard to bear in winter clothes. The overall show is quite long because every child is trying to mix cheese and pose for pictures. The story they tell about cheese is quite interesting so if it wasn't for conditions it could be a five star feedback.

Amazing experience. We speak a slavic language, so we understood a good bit and it was all very informative. I recommend anyone who can understand polish at 2/10 level or more to visit. Also, the cheese is very good.

Perfect plan for a rainy day! The place was completely full so the guide warned us he wouldn't be able to translate the show into English. Since we had no other plans because of the rain, we decided to stay. And it turned out to be great! The guy was super kind and helpful with us and did his best to actually translate all the main parts! The greatest experience, the best cheese, and the kindest people in Zakopane!! Totally recomendable even if you don't speak Polish!

The family, wife, son and I, visited on 22 Dec and had a fantastic time. Very unique, informative presentation on cheese making and the cultural aspects of the region! Highly recommend even if you only have an afternoon! Big thank you to our translator who doubled as the front man of the shop! Super informative and interactive!

Charming experience. Baca Staszek is a witty, charismatic story-teller. A room full of people goes quiet when he's about to take over the stage again. Lots of information to process after the visit, but you feel enriched. Highly recommended place and hopefully the lessons in English will come back.

Not a typical museum. More of a live experience. Still very interesting and I learned a lot.
