Generally it's good clinic. Of course there is nothing special but it's clean, staff is very friendly. Family doctor tries to do such more as she can. Usually there is no queue, I'v been there twice and did everything in an one hour. Thanks a lot and I wish you to be bigger clinic.

Very good staff of pediatricians. The ladies are helpful during registration and you can communicate with them via e-mail - you don't have to hang on the phone like in many other often private institutions. The terms are ok, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter - it depends on how urgent the health problems are - in the case of fevers, up to 3 days, in the case of newborns, they tried on the same day, even during the pandemic.

Unfortunately, I have had very unpleasant experiences with the Child and Youth Psychotherapy Clinic. Not only did they not help my child, but the child also said that he felt awkward with the therapist because the therapist asked him too intimate questions. I would like to mention that a therapist undergoing specialization does not have the required competences for activities as delicate as talking to a child. I demanded to change the therapist, but they ignored it, saying that it is not worth changing the therapist during the therapy. I am considering ending my child's cooperation and therapy at this center because the child no longer wants to attend there. There was even more trauma there. I definitely do not recommend it!!!

Very nice atmosphere, ladies at the reception very helpful. I am very positively surprised at how efficiently a facility with doctors 'under the National Health Fund' can function.

On the plus side, very nice and helpful ladies during registration and an extremely professional Mr. Adam Wojakiewicz. Unfortunately, the therapist I went to as a replacement for the previous leader, Mr. Arkadiusz Latosek, in my opinion, is not a complete specialist, he does not have any specialized education or other features that indicate professionalism. He gives advice/ready-made solutions and insinuates that only he can help me. He didn't want to answer the question what field he worked in, but commented on the fact that it proves my great distrust of people. It's not worth mentioning other details... It was not possible to change the leader, nor was it possible to return to the previous specialist, whom I valued very much and who returned to the clinic after his sick leave. I had the choice of either the current manager or resigning from the therapy. The psychiatrist misdiagnosed me, I took 4 tablets a night and vomited after taking them, with no improvement apart from side effects. The therapist also came up with a theory where the hands fall off

I highly recommend this facility. Very efficient and competent ladies at registration. Excellent medical staff.

The phone line seems to be busy most of the time (probably related to covid vaccinations), but contact via email is quite impresive - the response is back in the same or next day. They call you back if you ask for it in the email as well.
