    Sobota, dziecko 40°gorączki. Wybrałam się na SOR szpital dziecięcy na Żwirki i Wigury. Dzikie tłumy. Stan mojego dziecka określony jako stabilny. Zatem około 4 godzin czas oczekiwania na wizytę. Pani z recepcji zaproponowała wizytę po drugiej stronie ulicy, NSPL (nocna i świąteczna pomoc lekarska). Okazuje się, że na dyżurze nie ma pediatry, nikt nie jest w stanie mi pomóc. Otrzymałam listę placówek, gdzie ewentualnie mogłabym się udać, m.in. Leszno 17. Zadzwoniłam i jak najbardziej zostałam przyjęta a także otrzymałam informację, że każda tego typu placówka ma obowiązek mnie przyjąć. Nawet jeżeli nie ma pediatry na stanie. Zamierzam to sprawdzić u źródła...

There is nowhere to stand here (even 2 km away there are no places to stand at Korotyńskiego Street). People come from all over Warsaw, so you should consider anything when driving 20-30km around the city. One office, zero clerks who speed up the entire procedure. The first place (and I took my relatives and myself to different places), where there is one registrant, one office, a queue and no external facilities. This is ok if only people from Ochota are vaccinated, but if the national system takes into account the broadly understood Warsaw, someone has to combine the facts: /. Płock, Konstancin - it all took seconds there plus the vaccine standby time. Vaccination relatively closest to home took the longest time (wait a minute there, you can spend an hour here). Such information should be provided before. At least, I have yet to come across such an ill-considered place where you can think about everything - this is not the beginning of a pandemic. (Original) Nie oceniam szpitala - chce tylko ostrzec - znajdźcie sobie inny punkt szczepień. Tu nie ma gdzie stanąć (w odległości nawet 2 km nie ma miejsc- mi się udało stanąć przy Korotyńskiego dopiero ). Ściąga się ludzi z całej Warszawy, więc należałoby uwzględnić cokolwiek przy 20-30km jazdy po mieście. Jeden gabinet, zero osób porzadkowych, które przyspieszają całą procedurę. Pierwsze miejsce ( a zawoziłam osoby bliskie i siebie w różne miejsca), gdzie jest jedna osoba rejestrująca, jeden gabinet, kolejka i brak zaplecza zewnętrznego. To jest ok, jeśli szczepi się tylko ludzi z Ochoty, jeśli jednak narodowy system bierze będę uwagę szeroka pojętą Warszawę, to ktoś musi łączyć fakty:/. Płock, Konstancin - tam wszystko trwało sekundy plus czas odstania po szczepionce. Szczepienie relatywnie najbliżej domu zajęło najwięcej czasu (tam chwila, tu można spędzić godzinę bitą). Taka informacja powinna być podana przed. A przynajmniej ja się jeszcze nie spotkałam z tak nieprzemyślanym miejscem w sytuacji w której można pomyśleć o wszystkim - to nie jest początek pandemii.

We went to the Medicover Hospital in Wilanów and for PLN 50 the tick was removed immediately without any unnecessary comments like: "If you have a runny nose, would you also drag your child through the night?" Total embarrassment and I suggest that the doctor change his profession because definitely, night shifts do not serve him. (Original) We wtorek 22.06.2021 o ok. godz. 02:45 rano przyjechałem po nocną pomoc z czteroletnim dzieckiem, które zostało dopiero co zaatakowane przez kleszcza. Takiego chamstwa ze strony zaspanego lekarza jak i pielegniarki (choć ona była tylko nieprzyjemna) nie zaznałem nigdy wcześniej w życiu. Pojechaliśmy do Szpitala Medicover w Wilanowie i za 50pln kleszcz został usunięty natychmiastowo bez zbednych komentarzy typu: "czy z katarem też by Pani ciągała swoje dziecko po nocy" Totalna żenada a lekarzowi proponuję zmianę zawodu bo zdecydowanie, nocne zmiany mu nie służą.

    Do dyrekcji CM na Nielubowicza. Szanowni Państwo, proponuje zabudżetować parę groszy na szkolenia dla infolinii jak powinna rozmawiać z pacjentem. Ja wszystko rozumiem… że państwówka, że Panie siedzą tam za 13-15 złotych na godzinę.     I haven't encountered such a lack of professionalism in this type of facility for a really long time. I went for tests to study in occupational medicine, first the lady at the reception didn't know whether the tests were free for me or not, when I told her that on the university's website their facility was listed as a place where I could get tests for the National Health Fund, the lady disappeared for 20 minutes. After returning she said I was right and gave me a card to fill out for a minor (I'm 20 years old and applying for university examinations) when I asked why this card was needed because I was an adult - the lady started laughing and said "sorry". I was sent to the nurse to fill out paperwork and measure my blood pressure, the nurse asked about a card for a minor - again I had to say that I was going to college, I was an adult and I was 20 years old. And then? Then it only got worse. I was sent to the next room - to the doctor. The doctor, more than interviewing me about my health or checking basic health aspects, was busy talking about his godson and showing his photos on Facebook. I heard that "I can look him up on Facebook" because I would be a great fiancée xd with a tall dentist. I thought he was joking, but when he took out his phone and started showing me photos and giving me his name and surname, it became awkward, to say the least. Of course, it was all under the guise of jokes, and we didn't talk about my health at all. The most wasted 1.5 recently. I wonder if there are any similar complaints about your doctor.

Sick people call the clinic all the time and you need to have some patience and understanding. The lady was soft and rude, and I will never forget the scream on the other end of the phone.     Lekarze są ok ale jeśli chodzi o szczepienia np. na grypę to odradzam. Opłatę pobierają większą niż kosztuje szczepionka. W aptece można zaszczepić się zgodnie z cennikiem NFZ. Także jeśli chodzi o szczepienia to omijajcie to Centrum szerokim łukiem.

    After waiting for 40 minutes on the hotline to sign up for the tests, I finally managed to call. I explained my situation but I didn't remember the name of the doctor who had previously seen me because I got him instead. I needed a quick visit! The lady fell silent and then hung up. No recontact. I hope I'm the only one who was treated this way. Fear that heartless people work in the health service. I would especially like to thank the ladies who took my blood - due to very weak veins, it is always very stressful for me. The ladies carefully examined my hands and chose a vein (in an unobvious place) to collect blood for the first time. Because I felt weak, I got a cup of water and mental support. I recommend!

    Not the most pleasant examination, performed in a very professional manner. Absolutely the nicest nurse, soothing my nerves, supporting me and explaining everything. The professor and the wonderful nurse demystified the image of the National Health Fund examination.     I've just visited Dr. Marek Poosobkiewicz - occupational medicine. I am very positively surprised. First of all, good morning, a very nice Nurse, who interviews the patient and fills out subsequent forms. With a very good contact with the teenager. Later, Mr. Doctor is a nice, specific and witty man who relieves the atmosphere nicely.     This is my best experience with an NFZ clinic. I arrived at 28 weeks of pregnancy, the ladies at the reception helped me register without standing in line. The gynecologist helped me get the immunoglobulin I needed. The ladies in the treatment room treated me nicely and provided proof of the procedure performed at my request. Very professional and nice employees! I recommend!
