It's
not
been
a
long
time
since
they've
met
Sacred
Mill,
they're
already
very
new
to
roasting.
Just
because
they're
new
to
coffee
roasting
certainly
doesn't
mean
they're
novices.
As
Sacred
Mill
Brew
Bar,
they
combine
the
experience
they
have
accumulated
for
a
long
time
with
roasting
and
offer
unique
experiences
to
us
coffee
lovers.
The
interior,
designed
in
the
style
of
gross
concrete,
gives
the
feeling
of
entering
an
industrial
structure
as
soon
as
you
enter
it.
The
uninterrupted
concrete
transitions
from
floor
to
ceiling,
the
appearance
of
the
ventilation
systems
on
the
ceiling
and
the
glass-separated
roasting
room
are
in
great
harmony.
They
roast
the
right
degree
with
very
correctly
selected
coffees
with
a
blend
of
nordic
style
with
their
own
unique
style.
Unfortunately,
many
companies
in
the
sector
prefer
a
darker
roasting
as
a
signature.
Sacred
Mill
makes
roasts
for
each
coffee
bean
according
to
the
profile
of
the
coffee.
I
think
it's
one
of
the
features
that
makes
them
the
most
different.
Finally,
I
would
like
to
mention
Brunon,
the
Head
barista.
I've
met
a
lot
of
good
people
in
the
industry,
but
he's
one
of
the
very
few
people
whose
genuine
sincerity
I
feel
genuinely
like.
We
are
constantly
sharing
our
experiences
and
ideas
about
the
coffee
industry
in
Poland
and
the
coffee
sector
worldwide.
I
learned
a
lot
from
him
and
we
continue
to
learn.
If
you
want
to
have
a
good
coffee,
you
are
at
the
right
address.
