По перше, це білоруський салон. Українці, майте це на увазі тому що ми не знали про це коли сюди йшли. По друге, тут просто НУЛЬ клієнтоорієнтвоаності. Вони роблять ту послугу про яку їх не просили і вже на касі вимагають оплату за це. До речі, ознайомтесь на місці з їх прайс листом, тому що вони називають ті ціни які НЕ прописані в їх інстаграмі, або ж на сайті.

Я в восторге от этой студии. Я прихожу туда чтобы отдохнуть душой. Меня всегда с радостью встречает очаровательный корги. Атмосфера располагает к релаксу, максимум дневного света, приятная музыка, мягкие кресла для педикюра с массажем и винтажные стулья с зеркалами, светильниками, тумбами, создают неповторимую атмосферу. Здесь время замирает, в этом салоне я наслаждаюсь своим пребыванием. Вкусный чай и кофе с конфетами, ягоды. Нет суеты, нет беготни, этот салон про сервис и эстетику.

Рекомендую Muse!!! Теперь это мой фаворит!))) Удобное расположение, качественные услуги, стерильные инструменты (что очень важно для меня!), внимательные и опытные мастера, уютный и стильный интерьер, очень приятная атмосфера и ароматный кофе) В таком месте время летит незаметно... Here you can be sure that your nails will not be damaged, but their health will be taken care of first. After every manicure and pedicure, I cannot be satisfied with my nails. Увидела этот салон у блоггера. Была приятно удивлена, что салон принадлежит моим землякам. Красивый интерьер, приятные хозяева, но а самое важное-качественная услуга маникюра и педикюра.Делала педикюр в разных студиях Варшавы, но остановлюсь на muse. Здесь меня устроило всё(более качественной обработки стопы мне не делали нигде в Варшаве) К слову, девочки-мастера ооочень милые и приветливые. Каждый раз попадаю к разным, но все одинаково располагающие. Успехов вам и до новых встреч !

I got my nails done at a beauty salon 9 days ago for 250 PLN, without any decorations. Despite expressing my concern about the thinness of my nails, the salon assured me that they would not break and promised to cover any damages. Unfortunately, after 9 days, three of my nails did break. When I called the salon, they refused to take responsibility and declined to fix or cover the damages. I insisted on either receiving a refund of my 250 PLN or having my nails redone, but they did not respond. This experience has taught me that this beauty salon is not as reliable as it seemed. I urge other girls not to solely rely on the posts they see, as the truth is that the salon does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Thank you!
