And It Has A Very Wide Range To Eat! So Something For Everyone. My Room Had A View Of The Old Town.I Highly Recommend This Hotel If Your Planning On Staying In Old Town Warsaw.

Recommended. Great location next to the old town, clean and well-kept rooms, friendly staff. Nice spa with sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. For additional payment, a range of massages is available - I tried Thai and Face and Head, and liked both. Breakfast selection is not huge, but has enough diversity.

Awesome stay! The staff was super helpful and friendly, both the day and night crew. The hotel is right in the middle of Warsaw, with most of the tourist sights within walking distance or a short bus ride away. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.

They should have mentioned clearly on their page that some of their rooms, or mostly the "apartments" were located two buildings away from the main wing. It was especially inconvenient for guests who wants to take advantage of their spa amenities yet guests have to go out and walk at the cold or raining street, just to get to the amenities. Also, there's no intercom phone at the "apartment" we got. Yes, they have Whatsapp, but we're really expecting a normal hotel with intercom phone so we can reach the reception easily. The offered lunch set was acceptable, but the dinner were typical tourist trap prices.

I say NO Hotel. The hotel staff was super nice. I wanted a quiet room, after careful consideration they gave me a room. It was very hot in the room, but I didn't care because I was in a hurry for my program. After a quick shower, I left the room and did not return until evening. Then I felt that it was hot in the room and the controller could not be used. As well as the guests moving loudly in the corridor. The elevator is very noisy, you can hear the doors slamming extremely loudly in the corridor and in the rooms. They couldn't provide me with another room, so I booked a room in a very nice hotel nearby and transferred. I did not get my money back despite my complaint. The city is beautiful and definitely visit Warsaw! Just choose another hotel, if you are sensitive to noises like me! ;) * I forgot to say that the room was clean .

Very bad service, I do not recommend it. I got a room with windows that did not close and the handles were broken. The weather was very cold. I woke up sick because of the cold from the windows. You feel like you are staying on the street and not in a hotel. I actually could not sleep for one hour. The reception staff when I told them With the incident, he just said we sorry !!!!

We found this hotel at 1am in the evening as we could not use our original accomodation. Gabi at reception was very helpful and approachable. In addition she showed a lot of empathy about the issue we had. She made our reservation very quick which was good as it was very late. Rooms aren't big but they are modern and clean. Breakfast was good as well. Location is excellent. The staff in general was nice.

I stayed for two nights due to a business trip to Warsaw. The only great thing about the hotel was the very central location and friendly staff. Apart from that I was very disappointed. The room was facing a back street, there was noise by delivery trucks and a garbage truck all night. Windows didn’t close well, and AC was of no use either. The breakfast was served in the Asian fusion restaurant located at ground floor of the hotel. Breakfast options were little, warm dishes were cold on both mornings and main dishes were served for breakfast. I have to say I wouldn’t stay here again - unfortunately..

I really don’t have anything negative to say against Jess Hotel here in Warsaw. We got greeted in the reception by really helpful and nice staff and we got our room. The room was really clean and good looking. The toilet had everything you would need, and also would get restocked everyday if needed. The location of the hotel is absoleutely amazing. It is right besides the old town so a lot to look at. And walking distance to many of Warsaws greatest locations. Breakfast was delicious and the staff there also were really nice. I would reccomend for anyone staying in Warsaw.

Really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, warm and comfy. The staff were all really friendly. The location is amazing. The spa, whilst a bit small, is a lovely addition and nice to relax in the evening. The breakfast was a good selection and nice food. The noise wasn't too bad. It never woke me up but the walls/windows are a bit thin. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend.

What an incredible stay! 😃 The staff went above and beyond, being exceptionally helpful and friendly, whether it was the daytime or nighttime team. This hotel's prime location in the heart of Warsaw made it easy to explore the city's top tourist attractions, all within walking distance or just a quick bus ride away. The room provided utmost comfort, and the modern, pristine bathroom was a real plus. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic hotel. 👍

1. Great location. 2.When I made the reservation, breakfast was included. However, upon check-in, I was informed that it was not. Extremely small room. 3.TV freezes every 2-3 minutes, losing signal and unable to change channels with the remote. 4.Dated carpets in both the room and hallways. 5.The room temperature was 28°C. The air conditioning doesn't work. The only way to cool down was to open the window. However, this made the temperature too cold, so I closed the window, and the temperature went up again. This cycle repeated. Save your money and go to Holiday Inn or Wyndham. They are less expensive, offer a great breakfast, and have superb rooms.

Best hotel in Warsaw. It has a sauna and jacuzzi to enjoy and relax. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the old town and there is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel.

Fantastic stay right in the centre of Warsaw, close to all the sights in old town. We were in an apartment that was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also delious, a great variety of hot and cold options. We used the spa facilities, which were great, an excellent way to warm up and relax after a day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a central stop to relax and explore the city.

Located right near Old Town, the location of this hotel is great as it's not a far walk to anywhere of interest! Our room was quite small and cosy but to purely sleep here, it was fine. I had an issue with the shower door as it seems I could never get the seal right so it would leak out whilst showering. Our rooms were cleaned daily which was also nice! Breakfast was pretty standard continental - a mix of cereal, pastries, fruits and salad, with typically sausages, bacon, and eggs. I would say it was situated a bit too close to tables and the entrance of the restaurant that it felt quite cramped and particularly in the later breakfast hours it was very busy. The best thing about this hotel was the open access spa which has a nice big jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam room - all free to use! We visited every day during our stay! Overall we had a lovely stay at a very reasonable price!

super nice hotel right in the middle of the old city. huge rooms, each of them with air conditioning. breakfast is in the nearby restaurant and was very good aswell.

Located next to the Old Town, which is good because it's close to most of the attractions, but then there is the noise from the street. Hotel is ok. The bathroom is better than average. Breakfast is good, the selection of fruit can improve.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, the staff were lovely. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always happy to help with any questions I had. It really made my stay feel special. The hotel itself was also great - clean, comfortable rooms and some great amenities. But it was really the staff that made it stand out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience with some truly lovely people.

Ich war im Mai in diesem Hotel zwei Nächte. Der Vorteil ist, dass es zentral gelegen ist, aber ich hatte eine schlechte Erfahrung beim Frühstück. Ich habe den Frühstücksmanager an beiden Tagen gebeten, die Musik leiser zu stellen. Am ersten Tag hat er mich ignoriert, er hat es einfach nicht getan, und am zweiten Tag sagte er, es sei für die "Atmosphäre". Am ersten Tag habe ich es der Rezeption des Hotels gesagt, aber sie taten nichts, sie sagten mir, ich solle mich im Frühstücksraum beschweren.

We love staying here!! We enjoyed staying here friendly staff like Ade, clean room, the spa, the massage and the jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was very good, location was perfect, all around great place to stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a very good location - in the old town, next to the presidential palace and historical objects. There is a small but pleasant spa area with a dressing room, lockers for storing things, slippers, towels and a robe are also available. The hotel rooms are clean and new, a safe is available, as well as an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer, and shower soap. Coffee or tea is available in the room. We liked everything, we stayed for two nights and would recommend it as a good place to stay. Thank you.

We chose this hotel because it's in a great location in the old town, so convenient. Okay, the hotel could do with a re-furb, e.g. the carpets are a bit worn. However, the beds were comfortable, shower and bathroom were good, staff were helpful and the breakfast is excellent with a good choice of food. The rooms did get a bit too hot and stuffy with no way of turning the temperature down. Overall though, I would recommend staying here for a weekend.

Perfectly located very close to the old city and on the main street. Had a big apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Clean, nice rooms and 3 queen size beds. Very good asian restaurant on the ground floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Can absolutely recommend this if you go to Warsaw.
