Absolutely phenomenal stay. Location is ideal for walking and getting your journey started. It is a 2 minute walk to the castle and old town streets full of food and places to see. Rooms are beautifully designed and spacious with high ceilings, but really, the entire hotel is aesthetically perfect. Art and lighting is thoughtfully placed with a beautiful view around each corner. Every surface is super comfortable, from the chairs in the lobby to the bed that I immediately fell asleep in. My highest praise goes to the staff - they go above and beyond in making you feel welcome. The concierge is very knowledgeable about the area, including points of interest and good places to eat. Can't wait to stay here again!

This hotel is GORGEOUS down to every detail! Such a beautiful mix of the old, classical details of the old palace with modern, fresh design. The rooms are beautiful and clean with high ceilings and large windows, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable, soft beds! It is brand new and centrally located in beautiful old town Warsaw walking distance to everything, but also has underground, secure parking. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The restaurant Kuk attached to the hotel was amazing, too! It was really a high-end experience.

A brand-new property that is a beautifully converted palace. Wonderful service, beautiful rooms, a lovely outside bar terrace area, and top-notch staff. We would like to give a shout out to Christopher at the front desk who was a constant help to us. To start, we requested some minor medical assistance upon our arrival at the hotel. He contacted a doctor who spoke English and arranged for him to come to the hotel within just a couple of hours. Christopher was extremely welcoming (as was the entire staff) and he assisted us with every little request that we had. Our room was well appointed with a great shower and heated floors in the bathroom. We highly recommend this wonderful new property!

Great experience in the heart of Warsaw. Rooms are very comfortable. In-room breakfast is tasty and surprisingly affordable. It gets a bit loud from the trams passing beneath the hotel in the morning.

We loved staying here for the last stop of a 3 week trip in the region. The bed was so comfy, the design was cool- including the windows, finally a shower with a full door! Good breakfast, cool and new spa (free sauna and steam room) and you walk out your door to the old city.

Amazing stay. Highly highly recommend everything about Verte. Staff, food, rooms, location- literally not one single negative thing about the hotel or our stay. Absolutely stunning property too. Christopher helped with our bags, very kind, and very helpful. He also helped with our taxi. The service was amazing and the staff are incredible. If you’re looking for a hotel while in Warsaw, Hotel Verte is the choice to make!

An excellent and newly renovated Hotel in the center of Warsaw with excellent staff and service. The entire compound was meticulously updated to modern standards without compromising the historical flair. The Hotel’s location right by the old town is excellent for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast is served mostly á la carte according to the guests’ wishes and there is even an option for a five course signature breakfast menu. I’d say it’s worth the price.

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Verte during our Warsaw vacation. This is an amazing hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious, and beautiful. My friend and I loved the toiletries, the lotion smells amazing. The view outside the hotel is the beautiful Stare Miasto, and walking into the hotel feels like walking into a palace. Words can't even describe how good the breakfast it. There are so many options, including Polish food. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will only stay here when I come to Warsaw. Dziękujęmy!

My new favourite hotel in Warsaw. Completely remodelled city castle with spacious, modern rooms and a great restaurant/ cafe to sit outside. Still relatively cheap given it’s new and expect prices to go up. Great value

It doesn’t get any better than this hotel. A true 5 star experience and building. The attention to detail in the design of the property as well as the attention to detail in hiring most of the staff is impeccable. This isn’t a 5 star want to be….this is an actual true 5 star hotel unlike many hotels claiming to be 5 stars but aren’t. The linens, the silent but effective air conditioning (ask the front desk to adjust colder if desired), the garden restaurant manager that insisted we were served food even when the hostess hesitated when we arrived (tired, hungry and weary after a complicated travel day) 30 min before closing. We were fed with exemplary service, as a true host would host. I’m very critical in my hotel reviews and I really can’t find a single flaw in our stay here. Perfect.

This place is amazing! The character, details, and design are top notch. I loved how they married the old character of the building with modern day amenities and style. The service staff went above and beyond along with being very friendly. You are able to use the sauna along with your stay- which is a great way to relax and warm up. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and happy we did. The chef’s tasting menu was very good. I wish there were more hotels like this.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in years. You feel as if you’re staying in a palace, yet they’ve managed to incorporate modern features and tech while preserving the historical feel. Old Town right outside your door. Fantastic gym, sauna area. Appreciate you can Chromecast from your device on the TV.
