I loved my stay at this hotel, from beginning to end. I was welcomed very nicely and received my welcome drink as a Silver ALL member. I also received a free upgrade to a superior room, which is not usually given to Silver members. The room was very comfortable and warm, with a large window that can be opened. The breakfast had an amazing selection of foods for all tastes and was served in a very nice atmosphere. In the end, I was also granted a late check out, according with my ALL status. I can strongly recommend this hotel for all visitors to Warsaw!

Wonderful location of the hotel, it was clean and quiet and the pool is so beautiful. Buffet was delicious. The service was great, especially Krzysztof in concierge, he helped my father and I plan the rest of our trip, he put us at ease as we needed help figuring out the rest of our journey and not knowing the language. He really went out of his way to make sure we feel safe and secure about our stay and our ongoing journey. I hope to always have someone like him around during my travels!

An absolutely amazing hotel! We stayed at the Victoria hotel for a total of 5 days, and we enjoyed every minute of it! The breakfast buffet was very tasty with a variety of polish food and brunch classics. The whole hotel was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. But what truly made our stay great was the incredible staff! Everyone was super nice and really went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. Krzysztof the concierge was full of knowledge and recommended great bars and restaurants, Michal is an incredible bartender with skills to make the best cocktails (try the Peter Pan). We also would recommend a visit to the spa and salon, as both were amazing! The hotel is also in a great location, just a short 5-minute walk to the metro station and about 10 minutes' walk from the Royal Castle. There are also several bus stops close by making a rental car totally unnecessary. When coming back to Warsaw we would 100% stay there again!

My stay in sofitel was very pleasing. The rooms were clean and the bed was well made everyday. The breakfast buffet was the definition of quality and quantity. They had a great selection of food with excellent quality of ingredients. The staff was also outstanding. They always had a smile on when they greet you. They were always enthusiastic when doing their jobs. Id like to highlight one of the hostess, Anna. Not only was she very accommodating but was genuinely friendly and kind which made the whole experience even better.

Booked Twin room for my wife and daughter for their sleepover before flight in Warsaw. They rated their experience as the best one for all the last years. Very warm welcome from all hotel staff, excellent room and service, wonderful breakfast, and they kindly proposed complementary late check out, which is very helpful. Definitely our No1 choice for every next stay in Warsaw. Thank you, dear Hotel Team!

Quality hotel, nice clean rooms, great choice of well cooked and prepared food for breakfast, all staff very helpful. Loved the swimming pool that is open to 2200 hours and great little gym that is open 24/7. Only downside is that AC only goes down to 19 degrees and rooms can be a little warm but at least the windows do open. Would definitely stay here again

Rooms are very nicely appointed. The spa is excellent and attendants friendly and spoke good English. The bar had a very nice selection of reasonably priced signature drinks. The location was very good for food, and was great for visiting the square where Pope John Paul II held mass and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

I enjoyed my stay here. If good location you are looking for this is the hotel for you. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help you. The bar staff was really attentive. Don’t forget to try the breakfast, it is very delicious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

My forever favourite spot to stay in Warsaw and one of the best destinations in Europe overall. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms that have everything you need for a relaxed stay, huge beds, and room service available 24/7. The hotel also features a real swimming pool, large enough for swimming and not just for splashing like in many other places which pretend like they have a pool :) I also love their restaurant, where one always feels truly welcome, and the food is, of course, good with seasonal offers available. It's one of those very few places where they managed to preserve the high level of service and flexibility and a true care of their loyal guests over many years. Have been choosing this hotel for my stays in Warsaw for the last almost 20 years, and can't wait to be back :)

The hotel is pleasant and comfortable! The breakfast is fabulous! I don't usually have breakfast, but being there for a 2-day business trip I enjoyed breakfast in the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and their festive Christmas decorations every morning! Тhe staff, especially in the restaurant, are extremely friendly! Would visit it again!

Me and my husband have had our wedding anniversary in this hotel. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolate... It was very kind of them. The room was very big (superior double), clean, the bed was perfect, warm and soft... The breakfast was great. We loved every moment of our stay... Hope to visit this hotel soon...

Amazing breakfast. Great location within the heart of Warsaw surrounded by history and within walking distance to the old town. Polite and helpful staff that caters well to international visitors; all we came across spoke English. Rooms had charge ports for USB cable chargers. The area around the hotel felt safe as well.

Excellent location close to old town and science district. Really good breakfast with variety of different European foods and tastes. Coffee could be better. Great pool due to its mirror ceiling, comfortable beds for rest, and sauna in the changing room (separate for men and women). Good equipped gym with and excellent extra not seen frequently- cool towels (straight from the fridge what is in the gym). Hotel lobby bar could have better snacks in quality and taste. Cocktails there were more or less fine. Overall good choice of alcohol. Tasty non-alcoholic drinks.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Very helpful and friendly staff. I loves the smoothies that were served for breakfast. Id wish me more vegan options.

Great location! Close to the beautiful Royal Route with plenty of little shops and restaurants, and has a view over the large square with the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Really recommend to check out the pool in the basement!

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Easy walking into the city, wide open parks nearby. An easy 30minute drive from the airport. Large well appointed rooms and a great shower, bed and breakfast service. What more do you need?

One of the best hotel i've been in. Warsaw. Kind staff. big lobby with a nice bar. The rooms are new and the beds so comfortable! great breakfast. there is a lovely pool. all very clean. on those covid-19 days, you have to ask for cleaning the room.

Amazing hotel. Service and location 5*. Get the breakfast included with your room stay, it's so good! I think they go to 10 on weekends and 11 on weekends but get there a little early and you can get eggs made to order. The selection is huge. The pool is very relaxing and there is a sauna in the locker room. Rooms are cleaned every morning by the staff, who are extremely friendly. Restaurant is very good and the bar is also nice to have a cocktail.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Rooms are modern and clean. All staff at hotel are friendly, professional, polite and extremely helpful. A special thanks to Lukasz and Martyna at reception who went out of their way to help us. Will be back again very soon

My original review of this hotel was quite negative as I had some issues on the first day of arrival with some of the service. Fortunately the guest relations department (Mr Lukas) is very responsive in this hotel and they have rectified it all with great service recovery. In the end I had a wonderful stay. Also, the breakfast is really good, great assortment of international and also local food with very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the city. 15 min walk to the old town and 15 min walk to the palace of science and culture. 5 min walk to the tram station which takes you everywhere in the city. The breakfast was good although i expected more from a five star hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds were amazing, felt like sleeping on a cloud .

The hotel in well located. Short walking distances to all major must-see in the city. Very modern with good spa facilities. Friendly personnel and willing to assist. A wide selection at the breakfast buffet.

We booked rooms and meeting rooms for a business meeting. Everything went very smooth - the booking, the communication beforehand and our stay itself. The meeting rooms were perfect for our groups (we had 2 meetings with different sizes) and the rooms were very large and comfortable. The food and the service were excellent! Thank you for making our stay special.

I feel very satisfied with my visit to the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria. The staff of the hotel is very attentive and professional and the installations of the hotel are very beautiful and always well supported. The room are excellent with nice living spaces and the hotel location is very well communicated and close to the center.

The hotel and service was everything I expected. I was overall very pleased with the cleanliness and how on point everything was. The location was exceptional for my visit (business + holiday combined). The rooms had everything one could wish for and were excellently equipped. The only place for improvement I could find was the breakfast, as a traveller I am very enthusiastic about the breakfast selection. The variety was excellent and presentation was superb. However I wouldve preferred a bit betterr quality on the food rather than large selection. The food was edible, but did not feel reaching the standards set by the hotel overall. Will definitely visit again!

Nice big modern hotel with a lovely complimentary breakfast. Close to Centrum and the nearest tram stop is just down the road. We ordered room service on our first night and the food was good although they did forget to bring us some bottle openers for our drinks. We had to bash it against the table and we hurt our hands a bit while doing so. That's why I took a star off service.

I spent 3 nights had good experience. Rooms are comfortable specifically the bed. Nice lobby and bar, good spa with pool and sauna. Location in the city center close to everything. 4/5 as few little attention were missing: old gym, building a little old, service good but bit at 5star level

In Warsaw on a leisure trip. Outstanding hotel. Great location (10 minutes walk to restaurants, bars and attractions). The room was comfortable. Could have been better, but still comfortable. The design and setup were a bit old school. The service was excellent. The team is truly outstanding and they go above and beyond to serve (shout out to Margaret at reception who kindly gave me a very late checkout). The spa is super good. Pool and Sauna facilities are great. The pool is hypnotic and experiential. Next time I’m in Warsaw, I’m staying at The Sofitel Victoria for sure.

We spent three weeks at the Sofitel. The location is perfect for public transportation and walking into the old city. Our room had a view of the park. Just lovely!! The reception desk was managed by professionals! We needed train tickets, business services, doctors…whatever we threw at them they smiled and made it happen. The pool was amazing!! Just perfectly designed and maintained. The food was to die for!! Don’t miss a meal in the restaurant or a breakfast to last you all day. And finally, the cleaning staff. Always available and efficient. Anytime we are in Warsaw we will be at the Sofitel.

Great hotel, especially for business trips. It is not in the old town center but 10min walk from there only. You do have some restaurants around! Also the pool is great, gym is enough for your daily workout and breakfast is a very big buffet with anything you can imagine from sweet to savoury : pancakes, waffles, eggs, beans , salads, smoked fish, fruits, breads, etc. Very nice to have so much variety & good quality !

Very well located, wonderful bed quality. But the first day I checked in the personnal forgot to give me the welcome drink even i'm Platinum. And the day I checked out they asked me if I took something from the minibar, but the minibar was always empty... Far from being the best experience with Accor.

Perfect: Location! In walking distance to old town, new city and museums. Great window view. Helpful staff. Restaurant served food fast. Heated pool, sauna and fitness center - HUGE PLUS! Room safe fits easily 15" laptop, and has internal power outlet! So so: Bar sometimes slower to get your order. Parking bit expensive. TV channels selection bit scarce. Bad: None. Thank you Sofitel.

Great place, good location, pleasant staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms, various and tasty breakfast buffet, beautiful swimming-pool. I recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay here!!!The room is cozy, tasteful decor and a very comfortable & cozy bed and bedding that ensure a good night sleep after a tiring day of exploring the many nearby museums. Very centrally located. Just across is the monument of the unknown soldiers. The hotel has a gym, pool and spa which we did not utilize. The breakfast provided is sumptuous and filling!!! The staff are friendly and always smiling. We came during the days before Christmas so we got treated with delicious hot chocolate and ginger bread cookie on the house. All together a really beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay here again if we came to Poland again.

I’m quite disappointed with the food and ‘welcome drink’ which didn’t taste good at all. I expected at least dessert to be tasty as it’s french restaurant but unfortunately dessert neither looked good nor tasted satisfying. Another issue was SPA. Local guests were jumping into the swimming pool with the kids and screaming in the pool area. Instead of relaxing evening after a hard long trip I faced stress and I couldn’t swim because of other guests were making splashes and swam hectically all over the swimming pool.

Stayed here for 8 nights for business visit, was a wonderful hotel and received a Junior Suite upgrade as part of the Accor Gold program. Welcome drinks include cocktails and staff was very kind, and housekeeping on point. Would certainly come back in the future. Thank you.

  • 5/5 Julian W. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty perfect experience with friendly staff, a clean environment and nice surroundings. I had a suite upgrade and it met my expectations. Breakfast had a substantial choice, all very good quality. Minor incident was room wasn't ready for an hour after check-in time. Was offered a free drink as an apology to use in the bar, which transpired to be the welcome drink I'd get anyway. Not ideal, but not a real problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with really nice staff. Very clean and high quality rooms. Swimming pool and sauna are all lush. 24/7 gym area as well. Food very good but expensive for Poland same goes for drinks. Great experience all in all. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in hands down. Blackout curtains and very noise reducing walls. Did not hear one thing ever outside in the other rooms or eve rn corridor. Excellent we really enjoyed how quiet it was

This hotel hotel has a charm. It feels unique and luxurious at the same time. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The indoor pool was warm and was in a beautiful room. The sauna was nice too. There was no jacuzzi however. The rooms are smaller than average but they are charming and the bed is super comfortable. If you are a family, book suite rooms. They had nicely set up the sofa bed for our kids before the arrival. The breakfast is one of the best ever. The hotel provides a variety of fresh juices. The location is next to the old town. I loved the location. The only drawback for this hotel is that it is not a modern hotel with large rooms. But the charm of this hotel is unbeatable. Highly recommend to stay here.

  • 5/5 Richard W. 1 year ago on Google
The staff, especially the Concierge, provided a level of helpfulness that was above and beyond one would expect even from a 5 Star hotel. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was excellent and the breakfast was of a high standard both in terms of choice and quality. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable with good bedding. The location is also ideal as it overlooks the square and is close to the old town. The only criticisms are the dressing gowns in the room were a bit old and worn (not quite like the ones you see in their promotional material) and the pool was slightly too cold -- otherwise the perfect short break in Warsaw. We will definitely return. Many thanks for the hospitality.

Location is good. Service was good as well. The pool is very nice with warm water. Breakfast was good but on Sunday was busy. We got upgrade to our room free of charge and also late check out. The flow in the bath was weak and water wasnt hot enough. We enjoyed our stay

We loved this place! Great pool, amazing restaurant, gorgeous breakfast, a dream that comes true. Thanks to the whole staff for pampering us during our stay. Best hotel in Warsaw in fantastic position, walking distance from any central attraction.

  • 5/5 Tom W. 1 year ago on Google
Fantastic hotel. Great quality all round. Rooms were spotless and everything was high quality. It was hard to get out of the bed it was so comfy. We had a room at the front of the hotel, but it was so quiet, the noise cancelling quality was very high. You could only hear the odd police siren and that was it. Nothing from other rooms or the corridor. The location is ideal to get to old town and central Warsaw. The pool was lovely too, as was the breakfast spread, even if the cooked items could do with being hotter (perhaps we were unlucky one morning). The pancakes and waffles were warm though and there were lots of other choices. The staff were all pleasant and when I told reception that we had run out of shower gel, one of the cleaners was there to replace it with a new bottle a couple of minutes later. One minor point was that the room was too warm and the only effective way to cool it down involved opening the window which wasn't really an option when sleeping due to the road noise and the way they open. However, this was not an issue and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone, particularly at the price point. Great value for the quality you are getting.

Great hotel. Very new. Classy. Super-clean. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant. Bar is very nice too. Price fits quality, but expensive for Poland, I would say. Gym and pool very good!

Top of the top! Fantastic and service-minded people, great food and exquisite level of comfort. All that in arguably the best location in town. Highly recommended, my favorite hotel in town! Special thanks to Malgorzata for the warm welcome. See you again very soon!

Excellent Location! Great attentive staff in every role from curbside help, front desk, concierge, spa, room service. Everyone was cordial, professional and attentive. Special thank you to Armenio, who helped us both checking in and checking out, making the experience smooth and stress free. Finally, a very special recognition to the entire team at breakfast. We spent a week on vacation at your hotel and every morning started with the warm hospitality of the hosting team and the great service by everyone in the beautiful breakfast hall. Thank you!

Great hotel. Like the rooms but a little on the small side and we had a bit of a darker one. Pool and spa are great — gym maybe a tad on the small side. Price/value is very good and the location can’t be beat. Also enjoyed the lobby ambiance. Service very good.

Recently stayed here, awesome rooms, amazing breakfast and food. Only thing was the drainage system in the shower. But great thanks to hostesses Anna and Julia at breakfast! will definitely return

Great hotel with in an amazing location which is close to a lot of Polish monuments and historical places/buildings and fine Polish dining. Rooms were clean only downside was the bathroom. Bathroom speaker was broken and the shower gel and hand soap dispensers are in awkward positions when using the bath and sink. Shower door seal was missing therefore water splashed outside of the bath. Pool and spa are very elegant and well designed, the gym could be slightly bigger with more machines but other than that wellness services provided in the hotel are excellent. Services provided by Sofitel Warsaw were also very good, a bit slow in the bar at times, but at breakfast time was exceptional. Overall good value for money, very pleasant stay would come again.
