Worst check in process ever. It was 2 hours from arriving in Central Warsaw to getting into the apartment. We had to walk +30min with all of our bags from where you pick up the keys to get to the accommodation. We are young and fit so walk a reasonable pace. The walls are paper thin so you can join in your neighbours' conversations. If you're over 6ft and want to sit on the toilet, this isn't the place for you. You have to have your knees around your ears. If you want to bend over in the tiny shower you'd have better luck in prison. The WiFi is good if you like to reminisce about 28kbps dial up. Location is actually pretty great.

When we last used Capital Apartments, in Warsaw in 2015, we had a wonderful apartment right near the Old Town Square. This time, we had one right on the Square. It was wonderful to step out of the building straight into one of our favourite places in the world. The apartment was good - not fantastic - but the location was beyond our dreams - even though we knew exactly what the location would be. The studio apartment was clean, warm and tidy. Having a washing machine was fantastic! The staff at the head office was helpful when, upon checking out, we had some 9 hours before we had to catch our flight - they let us keep our baggage at their office and made sure it was kept cool due to the medication that we needed. I wail always use Capital Apartments in Warsaw (and possibly other places) because they have never let us down.

The apartments was fine. Quiet and close to various transports: metro, buses and trams. It was clean and comfortable but, in my opinion only good for 2 or 3 people maximum. A few comments .The kitchen utensils could be a little bit updated. No garlic crusher or a colander. The curtains in the sitting room, where guests sleep on a sofa bed are very thin. Considering that the strong street lights (two huge, illuminated posts) are on all night long, the sitting room is like in the daylight. Heavy, lined curtains are crucial. Before my arrival I called Capital Apartments office and was assured the dark heavy curtains were being places. But not in my apartment.

We had a really good stay at Capital Apartments in Warsaw. We stayed in the Monte apartment in Muranów which is within walking distance to the old and new town. In addition, it is very close to a metro station (line M1), so, the location is very good for visiting Warsaw. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There were enough kitchen appliances to cook a standard meal. You can tell, that appliances and the furniture are heavily used, for example, there were some scratches on the furniture and the pans in the kitchen. But that didn't bother us, since everything was working and clean. It was also quiet and we barely heard neighbors etc. The wifi was also good (We were able to have several video calls). I only have some minor criticism. First, the bed frame was different from the pictures online as there was a footboard while the bed on the pictures online was without footboard. This affected my partner more than me as he is relatively tall and normally likes to hang his feet off the bed when sleeping. It is okay to replace furniture but I think the owner should then also update the pictures online. Second, the bedding was a bit uncomfortable, especially the pillows which were lumpy probably from being used so much, so maybe they should be replaced a bit more often. Third, there was no shower holder, so we had to hold the shower head up ourselves when showering which is just somewhat inconvenient.

Capital apartments have the best apartments in Warsaw, they are new, clean and with an excellent location.

Placed two stars only for good view and perfect localization. Inside apartment was very dirty with trash after previous visitors, very dirty shower and toilet.

Spacy rooms, kitchenette and small balcony. Very clean . Double beds instead of single beds, so only partly recommendable for business trips

Very good location and beautiful place

I stayed in Toscana for three weeks and overall I liked my stay there. The location of the apartment is its biggest advantage (you are literary in the heart of Warsaw). The apartment is clean and well furnished, however, I had to ask several times for a decent fan that had been promised to me before my arrival and yet I had to remind them several times (hence 4 stars). The staff is friendly and addressed my requests immediately (except for a fan). One of the cleaning ladies does an excellent job, so this already quite warn-out apartment looks nice again!

Great location, near the center, and also a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Parking on the street under the house. Clean, comfortable and well maintained apartments. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher fridge and cooktop. Also a washing machine. Very comfortable bed. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Olga checks all her guests in and gave us extensive information about the city, restaurants and places of interest. We’ve never experienced such attention to detail... It was so very lovely to feel so very welcomed. We can’t wait to come back again soon. Thanks Capital Apartments. Everything was perfect 5 stars!
