Nice place, but needs renovation and is overpriced. Pros: - close to the old town - friendly managers (by phone) Minuses: - there is a smell from the sewer in the apartment - There is no soap. To wash your hands, you must first go to the store and buy soap (is it really that expensive, or are you just too lazy to pour it) - the sofa is very uncomfortable. There were 4 of us and it was cramped - no microwave (first Hotel in 5 years where there is no microwave) - all the furniture in the bathroom is swollen and looks terrible - the shower stall is only pulled out of the door and half of the Water flows out, after a shower you have to wipe the entire floor

Cheap and good place for your stay in Warsaw. The downside is the lack of parking (there is a fee in the city center and no one informed me about it - I was standing on the street side and had to pay extra from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. - it was about PLN 35 a day - that was the only inconvenience). Clean bedding, very quiet building). I recommend it.

Only plus for the location. The rest is a failure. Dirty with cockroaches, dirty sofas and black with dust on the ventilation sheets. Noise from the street, no curtains, if you want privacy, you have to close the blinds, thus giving up sunlight. The stink in the stairwell and the closet is musty. Fungus on the joints in the shower. Sliding bathroom door without a handle, very poor lighting in the bathroom.

Well, doors to bathroom almost impossible to close, strange smell in the room, bed legs are broked so it's moving while just siting or laying on it, so small entrance to shower. Some small things makes me think ehat I would not like to come back again..

Good location, nice neighbourhood and competitively priced. The only let down is the condition of the place. You can see it was refurbished but with low quality materials it aged quite quickly. Also missing some finishing touches.. no need to keep old and stained carpets and sofa beds, easy to fix broken handles and loose fittings. A good deep clean wouldn’t hurt too

Very skillfully photographed. Actually not true. The photos are apparently from different apartments. There were very few places, the kettle did not work, 1 of the two burners on the stove worked. The kitchen furniture is very old, there are no chairs. The layout is ill-conceived. No place to put shoes, very small shower

I stayed there once and it was below any standard. Recently I had to stay there overnight because they were the only apartments available there, but it was my last time. These are not "apartments", but substandard rooms. And the service is below any standard. The manager who says she is a manager should first learn the standard of service and only then express her opinions. Never again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Regards

Probably the worst company that deals with rental management. Lack of consistency in orders and promises, difficult contact with staff. They have been supposed to replace the windows and doors with a balcony for three months (which was specified in the contract), when it was still warm they didn't think about it at all, and now they are lowering me into a tree with the phrase "we are waiting for permission from the community and the owner". Why commit to something if there are no permits? I don't get it. Apart from the fact that there are still other things they need to fix, I guess they are also waiting for permission from "higher powers" I liked the apartment managed by this company, although, honestly, I don't know why the owner should pay for such disgusting service of his apartment. I do not recommend.
