The service is below criticism, they can't even respond to a good morning. In general, you feel as if you were an intruder in the store. The gibberish that the ladies utter as they leave certainly doesn't encourage me to visit this place again. I do not recommend !!! I don't know if anyone checks these frogs, but generally this is a place where some kind of inspection should come because, as you can see from the comments, no one does anything about it!!!

I went, bought a small item, wanting to withdraw cash, but the fat lady cashier with long dark hair said that they don't pay out, I asked why (every frog has a withdrawing option), she said no, and that's it. Confused by the conversation, she was reluctant to serve me - and recently I had no problem with my payment... this young girl was unpleasant. If the owner reads this comment, he should take control over the employees - this happened on August 31, 2022, at around 10.40

The worst Żabka in the area. The staff are Ukrainian women who do whatever they want. They close the store for ten minutes. Not nice service. They do not give change because they prefer to pay by card. Total massacre. I know the boss, but he tolerates it and ignores it. There are a lot of Frogs in the area, I don't go there anymore.

I liked the dog cheese. However, I prefer hot - way with sausages. I also liked the pizza with salami and ketchup.

The prices of the product off the shelf are completely different from those at the checkout. I see that I'm not the only one who encountered this type of situation, and the store staff have been ignoring it ever since, not even trying to improve the situation in the store.

Once again, they tried to cheat us out of money - once PLN 2, once PLN 5, now over PLN 10. The lady explains that her discount was not accepted at the cash register, then she says that they accept the self-service one but not the regular one, and explains that the two of them only work in shifts. I don't go there anymore, I prefer to walk a bit further and have normal service, have normal money spent and not be greeted with a grumpy face as a punishment. I work in a store myself and I know how hard it is, but this is too much. Everyone in the area says that the owner doesn't pay people for their work, eventually he will find an employee who will sort it out and maybe then the approach will change. I do not recommend.

I shop at this Żabka store on average twice a week. I'm pleasantly surprised because the store is very clean, the shelves are tidy and so far I haven't found an expired product. I highly recommend it

The store was closed twice during opening hours, and I don't go there often. Once there was a note saying "I'll be back in 15 minutes", but I didn't get it. The second time there wasn't even a card, but it's no surprise when I see from the comments that the owner doesn't pay his employees. Beware of price differences on shelves and at the checkout.

Sometimes there is no milk in the coffee machine, sometimes there are no appropriate cup attachments. The sellers were as muddy as a puddle in the forest, as if they were working with vending machines as a punishment. Massacre. I'm changing teeth, it's good that there is a choice in the area :)

I do not recommend, they have expired food, e.g. salads, the packaging of which is swollen from spoiling, they have bad price lists - when the seller is obliged to sell the product at the price listed (because that is what the law says), the seller replies "I don't have to do anything", sauces for hodtogs are regrettable and you almost don't feel them at all
