Such a wonderful hotel. We recently stayed for a short break and the welcome, food and service was superb. Everyone was so kind and considerate. Perfect location - in the Old Town yet tucked away with no noise. Very highly recommend.

In the cafe I wanted to order a carrot cake but the waitress said they have hazelnut cake, I couldnt eat much it as it was too creamy, then the waitress asked if I want to "switch" it with another type. I ordered an apple cake and that was fine. The intresting thing was the charged me for both slices of cakes!! eventhough the waitress asked me if I need to switch it with something else. I didnt ask them why they charged me for both, but their behaviour was unprofessional.

So after i booked that hotel i was reading the comments and i was scared But guys this place ia AMAZING worth every euro ! There is elevator for those who need There is service for printing for those who need There is nice place to sit down in a quiet place They help you with all you ever need Just ask before you come and they will preper it for you ! Amazing that is the hotel to be !

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff are super friendly. Initially planned on staying at Bristol hotel changed my mind to stay at Balletto instead. Definitely the best choice. I 200% recommend it also right in old town. I walked to other luxury hotels, I can say Balletto by far is the best hotel and location Sheila from California room 103

The cafe miodowa in this hotel has one of the best pastries in Warsaw.

Most of the staff treat us very badly. I'll explain a situation. We were at breakfast and you have to wait a long time for someone to take the order and after that you must waiting longer for the food to arrive. The highlight was that we placed our order at the beginning and then waited half an hour, then we should order again because they forgot. After waiting for a total of 1 hour (!!!) and without food, we went to have breakfast in town. Here some employees don't speak English and hold out a Google Translater, so is that how you treat people who pay a lot of money here ??? Apparently. There are also good things, unfortunately the bad ones predominate. An employee named Diana can speak good German. I would not recommend going here who would like to be treated well.

Great room and a beautiful place. The dinner and breakfast was nice, but there were only 2 staff to service all the guests. This lead to, not knowing where to sit, long waits for table service, food and the staff don't know if you have prepaid for the services, like we did. Beautiful place, more staff needed for prompt service that you would expect from here.

It is located near Old Town. Rooms are amazing, breakfast was brilliant, and the staff were very professional and helpful. Would go back again.

Hotel located in a palace in the heart of historic Warsaw. Close to the main landmarks of this wonderful city. Only 20 comfortable and luxurious rooms. However, it is a building that is primarily used for events and they seem to have less experience as a hotel. Therefore, the spaces and services expected from a hotel of this level (and price) are lacking. The staff is young and, once again, they seem more accustomed to event services than to hospitality. Nevertheless, they were very courteous and friendly.

This is one of the most beautiful landmark 5 star hotels in the cultural centre of Warsaw, filled with old world charm and elegance. The Foccacia restaurant is stylish and elegant. This remarkable establishment is well worth a visit.

Beautiful grand building in superb location for tourism with luxurious modern interior. Our room was spacious and well equipped. We booked a superior room and were allocated a suite with separate living room. Staff were professional and helpful. Strongly recommended.

This hotel is situated in a historic building. The building itself is majestic. The location is excellent, at the heart of the city, adjacent to the Warsaw Old Town, walk away from the Presidential Palace and other important establishments. The hotel tariff is on the high side, but perhaps the boarders need to pay for the majestic ambience.

We came back exactly one early after hour wedding. We have received a nice surprise in form of a a heart-shaped decoration on the bed. Thumbs up!

Hotel Bellotto was a beautiful and also very practical place to stay! We were within a quick walking distance from local attractions, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate! Would definitely stay here again.
