The place and the food deserve the 5 star rating. We had Cheesecake and waffles - they were really delicious. Many people here on google complain about the pricing. In my opinion the prices are very good. Sure it’s more expensive than in other locations but the food and the drinks are way better than all the others. The reason for only 4 out of 5 stars is that one person of the staff was kind of „rude“. Not offensive by any means but not as nice and friendly as we expected. To conclude - just go there and enjoy! I can not recommend it more.

I have been there several times and I can not get enough of these crepes. It is with mascarpone cheese served with cherry jam. Everyone should definitely try this one. The service is good. The only problem is that you can not add tip on top of the bill if you pay by card. So make sure you always have some cash with you for tips :)

Had a cup of hot chocolate with soya milk. I wish i had it with regular milk so it tasted better but still nice. Interior was classy but not cozy because you walk through the tables on two sides. Overall was nice

Nice quality chocolate, delicious desserts, but the place needs more waiters to serve on Sundays. The existing ones do not manage - we needed to wait for 15 minutes to place an order and no one is smiling( just rushing around and seem overloaded with work.

Famed for its hot chocolate so had to stop by on my first evening in Warsaw especially since it was quite windy and nippy. The hot chocolate is definitely thick and rich. Is it the best? Possibly not but at 7 euros for a small cup, its a bit much. Would be keen to buy some bars of chocolate from this place though.

Too hot, too loud and too bright inside. It is in a beautiful location and the chocolate was amazing but we left as fast as possible and will never return. This place is a migraine-maker with its flashy chandeliers and stifling rooms. On top of that, we could hear screaming children from every possible corner. There are many lovely cafe places in Warsaw but this one is not one of them. Wedel in Złote Tarasy is way better even though it is located in the shopping mall.

Interesting place. You can eat well there, but it won't be cheap. Old-style interior. Unfortunately, ugly fontann inside. Excellent hot chocolate. Desserts freshly backed.Hard to make a choice. In autumn and winter, hot chocolate tastes better than hot wine. I work nearby, sometimes I visit.I recommed from the bottom on my heart.

Love this one. The downstairs seating has a nice atmosphere. The white chocolate hot chocolate is incredible! Service is EXTREMELY slow.

We don't recommend cheesecake, dessert trio cream puff and the worse was strawberry and mint lemonade. We ordered all of this and 2 coffee's. Only the coffee was good. Language is a barrier with the staff.

Amazing place to drink chocolate and eat something. We came to have a sandwich and chocolate with alcohol. At 10.30 the place was empty, really confortable chairs with option to seat outside. The Chocolates were amazing, the sandwich really fresh and delicious, the attention was nice too. She was patient with us. The price was really Good. We are full and it was around 82. There is wifi if you need it. The menu is in English or you can scan it with your phone.

Cute place. Bought chocolate truffles on the go with carmel and they were so delicious. Bought marshmallows(Ptasie Mleczko®) gift and myself. Read it's there iconic product, so will try after vacay.

I ordered a slice of cheese cake and please see cheese cake on the photo. I complained but they pretend that cheese cake should be like this . Service was zero .

First of all it wasn't that bad, just there's a lot of things to be fixed: 1)Food is ok, but even bitter chocolate was too sweet, so wouldn't recommend for someone who doesn't like that much sweet in their food. 2) Unfortunately, it was quite dirty in a bad meaning of this word 3) I do understand that workers have a lot of work to do, but i just couldn't get why they didn't tell that they're not able to bring what i have ordered and choice is limited, done it twice and then i was being told i can order by myself through ordering automate and i can get it, but what eas the point to talk to me and by every time tell me new info.Just because of this weird communication. 4) Atmosphere inside is really satisfying, despite the dirt so 4 stars. I've been into different E.Wedel cafés and they were good(especially the small ones), but this one the worst.

Nice desserts but service was not a match at all. At such a touristic spot, I didn't expect to hear a staff saying "Sorry, I don't speak English" with a rather frivolous tone. Not a pleasant experience for my family.

The black currant hot chocolate is just what the doctor prescribed. Perfect place for all ages, even old men like me :P enjoyed the youthful joy of chocolate.

These stores have a wide range of items for purchase, to take home, as gifts, or to eat in store. The menu has coffees, teas, floats and hot chocolates 🍫 as well as desserts and salads etc. This cafe offers seating inside and outside in summer, with table service. The hot chocolate options are creative, although, in general, do expect to pay something of a premium for stopping by here. Once in a while it is a good choice, and worth it if you want a sweet gift for someone.

Really good chocolate, you can taste the Quality in the first sip. We order the dark chocolate and it's not only a drink but a whole meal! Be ready for a boost of intense flavor! Also we recommend the salty caramel milk chocolate but be aware that is really sweet.

Delicious hot chocolate and lots of desserts. Very nice personnel. There’s also a shop just there where you can buy chocolates by pieces, famous Ptacie Mleczko and classic Wedel wafer cake which I remember from childhood.

Luckily my cholesterol isn't that high, so the prices of this place didn't inflict too much shock. In all seriousness, if you're searching for QUALITY and professionally brewed coffee, provided with authentic old-school service, come here. This is the place to be. We were in love with everything here. Additionally, they have beautiful looking deserts and sweets. Unfortunately there are no options of products with stevia. Alluding to my first point, it is quite expensive so be ready to tug out a wad of cash or top-up your e-wallet with digital currency.

Nice ambiance and friendly, attentive service. I found the hot chocolate to have a nice rich flavor, choosing the 'slightly bitter' variety with double milk - still plenty thick and strong. Not sure if they add some sort of lipid to their mix, but the drink definitely had a waxy sort of feel in the mouth.

5 stars for tasty historical food, but 1 star for service which has brought down the overall experience. This is the second time I've been to this chocolate cafe and experienced really ignorant and rude customer service. I'm not sure whether the staff aren't getting paid enough, they hate their job, or they're understaffed (or a combination of all three), but the experience remains: slow and rude service. Today I ordered two chocolate cakes just for the servant to bring one saying "oh, I heard one not two", making me look like I had to apologise, although I was very friendly when ordering. No apology whatsoever. Just rolled her eyes, turned around and went off to bring the second slice. Waiting to be served in first place takes a really long time. I had to fetch the menu by myself. Wedel really needs to work on their staff training. Being welcoming wouldn't hurt.

For the hair in the dish you get a 15 percent discount, the food will not be changed, they’ll just remove the hair and give it back to you. Everything is REALLY tasty, but the hair isn’t my favourite ingredient.

Very poor experience. The staff just completely ignored us even though we had an reservation. Then we had to wait for 40 minutes because they were understaffed. There is not pleasant place to sit and enjoy. There is always queue of 20-30 people at the entrance that just ruins the mood. And at last we got the worst place to sit at. I would not recommend unless you are here just for the chocolate via queue which is ok then I guess.

The service was really bad. The waiters running around seem to not take their job seriously. I waited forever to be seated, then to get the menu, place my order and finally to pay. Very disappointing.
