    The workers are super rude especially to foreigners I do not know why. When they now you're not polish they start acting weird as if they are making fun of us. I wish I could give a zero rating.

    Very bad consultants. First I waited 15 minutes to find someone who could sell me an iPhone, and then they gave me the wrong information.

    If you want to be wasted time and money - your choice Mediaexpert. You order urgent delivery and installation on Monday, pay for it. They install the washing machine is WRONG and the next day the whole apartment is in the water. They say to wait 48 hours. In 2 days masters without tools come and say that they can't fix anything. And then after a week of spent nerves, only on Friday, they correct the situation. And when you say - return me the money for urgent delivery, because you did not comply with it, they say that everything was done on time. Boorish lies, non-fulfillment of duties and absolutely indifferent attitude to customers.

    The service was so awful! The first consultant just left with no words, others tried to sell us some unnecessary products. The cashier was super rude! All in all we spent there almost an hour to buy a package sent to this address. The worst experience ever.

    Quick order and almost instant pickup from the pickup point. Place is well prepared to the restrictions and makes shopping in current conditions easy for.the customer. Friendly and helpful service, I am positively surprised. A big parking next to the entrance is a big plus.

    Hello. I was totally dissapointed with a customer service in the store. It was a huge line to the cash register and a few crew members was looking for one customer's order whicе becourse of absolut mess in the storage zone. And NOBODY had been taken the line of customes for a long time. Store manager was walking around and even did not help her team to organize process. Much more, one of store workers in a very rude manner said to customers in line how and where they MUST stay . The Line was really huge, and i was trying to call the manager, but stor workers did not react to my words like I did not exist... when at the end i got to the register cashier was rude, and when i said that one person could took the line and others could solve their problems he respond me that he did not need my advise... I worked as a store manager for Walgreens USA, MA and I would say that the manager of this store can not manage with this job position, store work is disorganized, total mess in the register and storage zoon and store the most part of the store crew members did not have sny knowledges how to work with customers, how go make conversation and how to solve problem. It looked like they all were lost and were not trained to do their job. I would say I was watching a big people management problem. I would never want to be a part of this team becourse I understand that its very hard to work in so disorganized messy space, with nervouse disoriented colleagues who cant hear each other, who are not a real team , who has no support from their manager. So I understand why these people work in the way they do- its not a store workers problem , its 100% problem of how they was managed. Its too big pressure to work in this conditions not being trained normally... And the only person who was professional was selling expert who was polite and did his job in appropriate way. Thank you for selling expert. But I will go to any other store next time just to not to have more experience in conversation with so rude store crew...

    My worst online purchase experience ever! I ordered self-pickup from this shop online and received info that my order was waiting for me. However when I came, my order was searched by 4 shop representatives within 30 minutes without success. In 1 day I came back to obtain my order, since I was getting daily messages that my order is waiting for me, but again no success in getting it. I wonder how these guys work at all

    Beware of cheaters. They sold defected computer and I am trying to refund for 2 weeks. They keep promising to send a courier every day but this do not happen

    I have been here only once and it was nice experience. The shop is quite large and provide lots of products. The staff are really nice and helpful. I would recommend checking their website first if you are looking for specific product. I recommend it

    a lot of the products are available only online. I went to the physical store to buy a clothes dryer suczarka. i wanted to touch and interact with the product on demo but they didnt have either one that i wanted. imo, they should stock as least one best top of the line from each brand so they could show off all the features. however, the salesman was knowledgable enough to answer my questions and show me what the features would be same on a different dryer. in the end, he helped ordered the dryer, honored the online price and added a discount code online too. price was approximately 25% cheaper than msrp and 12% cheaper than competitor mediamarkt and rtv. delivery guys were fast and handled my dryer with care. delivery fee was 60pln, well worth the money if your complex does not have a lift like mine.

    You walk in with motivation to get something in exchange for your money. But the place is so busy and hectic, with people queuing up to even get advisor's attention, it puts you off. You end up walking out to spend your money online. Chaos!

    some of the staffs are nice but most staffs treat foreigners wierdly.......not so cooperative.........on store collections are ok......it is a nice spot to order and pick up from store........not as streamlines as X-Kom, but prices are cheaper though

    The order was not delivered. The shop does not bother to update me in any way on my claim and does not rush into resolving the matter. I am calling every day for two weeks already with no result. Awful experience, please avoid ordering online from this store by all means.

    Excellent customer service from Alexander at the bike shop! I went to buy some accessories for my bike (small bag and back light/flasher) Alexander was so helpful and took the time to explain everything to me Alex has been very friendly while explaining to me the different types of back lights, pros and cons of each one. He helped me stay in my budget and buy what I wanted exactly! Thanks Alex! Much appreciated

    Good day. On April 24th I have bought a TV in the physical store in Warsawa lopuszanska 22. . On the date of May 4th I have gone to the store in order to return the TV and receive a refund. As TV is a big thing, I order and paid on the same day in the same store for kourier services and packing of the TV. I was promised, that on the next day (May 5th) the driver from MediaExpert will come in order to pick-up my goods, but no one came. The driver even didn't call me to inform that he/she can't come. On the next day (06.05) I called the store again and received the answer, that courier will come this day. And courier didn't show up again. I'm now promised, by employees of the store, that courier will definitely come on Monday. It is also worth mentioning, that employees pretending that they don't understand my poor Polish or English, or Ukrainian Monday is almost a last say when I'm able to apply for refund. I can treat this situation as intentional creation of obstacles for me to exercise my rights as customer. It also shall be noted, that on the info line I was even told, that I can't return goods purchases in physical store... Note this before making any purchases
