Service is a lottery. Sometimes the ladies are very nice, helpful and patient, and sometimes (even if there are no other customers) they are not interested or are unsympathetic, as long as they provide information about the product.

Michalina is such a professional and friendly shop assistant, offering services and showing items without pushing at all. She speaks a good english and fills her communication with politeness. I was very glad to have such a pleasant shopping experience.

Nice service, not intrusive, the customer feels good in this place. A wide range, if you don't see something at the exhibitions - it's worth asking, it's probably in a drawer somewhere. When you enter there, you don't feel judged. Nicely packaged, additional 10% discount for opening a card - the lady from the staff suggested it. Pleasant atmosphere. I won't miss it and I hope I will come back :) one of the few stores of this type that I liked.

Yesterday, July 11, I wanted to buy a bag in this store that was on display. The salesperson said the bag had already been purchased, so why was it on display? The seller suggested ordering the same bag for tomorrow, I agreed. I offered to pay immediately, but the seller said it would be better to pick it up. I arrived the next day, July 12, at the scheduled time, and the seller said that this bag had also been purchased. A very unpleasant situation! The impression was that the girl was not interested in selling this bag.

Many thanks to Ms. Kasia for her professionalism and willingness to help. My bracelet looks like new. I recommend it to everyone who - like me - has so far avoided this Tous salon due to the unfriendly staff :)

Even one star is a lot! Today I wanted to buy earrings as a gift and unfortunately no one was interested in selling anything at all. The lady with black hair was extremely unpleasant. No smiles or greetings. The lady with short light hair didn't even pay attention to me when I entered the salon, because she was probably the only one who took care of clients in the salon. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. I was left without a gift for Christmas and my day was ruined. Thank you.

Saleswomen who are not interested in the customer and throw appraising glances. I was supposed to leave with a Christmas present, but I only left in a worse mood. Purchases of this brand disgust you for a long time. I do not recommend.
