I am disappointed with my visit to Dr. Kulińska. She did not order culture from the skin lesion, did not determine the cause, and did not apply treatment. She told me to observe the change. In my opinion, she shouldn't even pay the fee for the visit. I'm changing my dermatologist because I find this doctor's disrespectful behavior. I expected to determine the cause of the change and implement treatment aimed at the cause. A huge disappointment.

I am surprised by the lack of professionalism and standards in such a place. I tried to determine the price of the treatment three times, but it turned out to be impossible. On the hotline, I received information about the amount of approximately PLN 1,100 (to be confirmed). Then the lady confirming the appointment over the phone was unable to determine the rate and had to call back. She didn't call me back. After 2 hours, I decided to write the SMS myself, I received information about the price of approximately PLN 2,400. I informed them that there is a different price list on the website (approximately PLN 1,400 for the three indicated areas). I haven't received any response... Today I showed up at the clinic. I received information about the price of PLN 1,850. There was a lot of confusion, you could feel the tension that "something was happening". After 15 minutes, I was informed that they did not have the right preparation because it had run out. It was a sad situation, especially as I had the whole day tailored to this visit. It's strange that no one could prepare for the planned procedures in advance.

Very pleased with results after working with doctor Wieczorek-Kawka - considerate and competent.

I recommend! I had btx done by Dr. Klaudia Latkowska, the procedure was performed well (effectively). By the way, I took advantage of an attractive promotion. It's difficult to find a parking space in the area, it's best to take the metro.

Very bad they sent me wrong location I called them like 10 times they girls over phone just wanted to hangup everytime when I was very close they direct me or do something Then when I reach there alone after straggling for 1h they said sorry you can't have your operation as u are late not recommend it

I highly recommend this place, especially Dr. Klaudia Latkowska: a wonderful specialist with a very good approach to the patient. The great advantage of the facility is the ability to perform treatments on site.

I do not recommend !!! 30 minutes delay and no one even called to inform me and no one even said sorry. We drove there for 1.5! Zero communication with the patient! Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of it

I have been struggling with acne for years. I came to Dr. Aneta Kulińska by recommendation and I highly recommend her. An incredibly empathetic and competent dermatologist who selects individual treatment for a given skin problem. At this stage, what works best for me is radiofrequency, alternating with regular hydrogen cleansing and manual cleansing plus acids (cleansing is already performed by cosmetologist Wiktoria, who will also help in selecting the appropriate care, which is often crucial for full healing of the post-treatment skin). I still have a long way to completely cure my acne, but I know I'm finally in good hands and in the right place :)

Doctor Agnieszka explained everything very carefully and answered every question. The visit was specific and to the point, and in a very pleasant atmosphere. I recommend

Отвратительная клиника. Была 01.05.2023 у дерматолога Aneta Kulinska на приеме. Деньги взяли на входе сразу же, еще до приема. Записывалась на конкретное время (14:30), но в кабинет попала спустя 40 минут (в 15:10). Дерматолог психовала и говорила, что она не может так работать и что-либо мне объяснять, потому что я переспрашиваю ее, ибо плохо говорю по-польски. Она, не дослушав меня и описание проблемы, с полной уверенностью говорила, что у меня аллергия и отправила сдавать анализы на все аллергены, что суммарно стоило 5000 злотых. Перенаправила к аллергологу. В итоге у меня был просто авитаминоз и после месячного курса мультивитаминов проблема ушла. Не рекомендую клинику и данного врача - это выкинутые деньги.

Very bad service and doctors aren't so knowledgeable. I went there twice and had to wait hours to get to see the doctors despite of having appointment pre-booked. Also they over charge you. If you respect your time and health do not go there.
