Perfect location, nice room and tasty breakfast. Too bad it's nearly impossible to fall asleep with all the loud fast car noise coming from the busy road across. On our last day, the hotel hosted a party until 3am and didn't think it might have been a good idea to avoid having non partying people on the floor just above. 3 sleepless nights, thanks

Great place at the price and location point. Rooms ok. But no noise isolation if your window goes to busy street. Stuff ifs a bit tired. Restaurant actually is not working. Even rating is good. Sum smell in the hotel. To much chlorophyll in the water .

Very disappointing 350 zloty per person to attend a 5 course meal on New Year’s Eve. It was understaffed unorganised and ice seemed to be a problem as staff was sent to the shops to get more?! We asked for wine coolers which where provided on our last visit to a New Year’s Eve event, but was told they had no wine coolers? The problem was they didn’t have enough ice! I soup was Luke warm with popcorn??

On the website showing 60 euro but when I arrived they showed me 66 euro need pay, scammer, plus for breakfast they said need to pay more again, at midnight and morning something happened in hotel, noisy 🤦🏻‍♂️, I can't asleep 😠

Really great location, there is plenty of places to go see around, zoo, shops, shopping center, interesting architecture within 25 mins of walk. Most of them are even closer. Hotel staff talks in english, rooms are a bit dark but fine. Did not order breakfast, so can't comment on that. Did not hear noise even with windows to the street. Everything was fine. Really simple booking and check in/check out. Check in at 14.00 check out at 12.00

This is an amazing hotel. One of my top places to be. Beautifully decorated, spacious room with a huge terrace, extra super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and most of all: extra friendly staff. Located near or rather in the very centre of Bialystok with good parking opportunities right in front of the hotel. I had a room with a fantastic view over a park. Next visit to Bialystok….definetely this hotel!

Big, clean and cozy rooms. The bathroom is spacious and you have everything you need. The service is great, you can ask for anything and they will provide you if possible. Pet friendly. We came with a dog and there was no issue in hosting us.

Solid choice at a reasonable cost. Rooms are big enough with decent decor for this price range. The restaurant offers a good selection for dinner and breakfast and the food was quite tasty. The location is perfect for access to the bars, clubs, restaurants and shops in the city centre. Very pleased with our stay here.

Good hotel, large rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect in the city center, near restaurants, public transportation and Branicki Palace.

New or at least compels refurbished hotel in city center. Located in a old building but from the inside all new. Very nice room with spacious bathroom. No bath but very nice shower. The breakfast need a big compliment! Fresh fruits juice from press and good selection of bread, fruits and other appetizers. We did encounter the problem with credit card payment in euro instead of zloty with bad exchange rate and extra charge. This is however not the hotel but the bank machine who tricks you. This trick is used all over Poland by banks. The hotel cancelled the transaction and we did it again, this time in Zloty. I would recommend the hotel to find a different provider/ bank machine.

One of my best experiences. Everything was good, all amenities available and working, staff friendly and helpful, nice interior, medium prices. Nice restaurant with wide choice, and even possibility to make coffee in your room. Highly reccommended!
