Reasonable prices for a mediocore food in '90 style. The do have nice desserts though.

So let me explain FIRST: this is NOT the café/pub or bar UPSTAIRS. I would never give THAT top floor joint five stars, it looks quite run down and uninviting. So most of the previous reviews pertain to that top-floor establishment. PUB PIWNICA is a new, very cool place in the cellar of a quite well known building in the very city center of Bialystok. The entrance is quite hidden so it is easy to miss! There are no views of the City from the cellar of course, but it doesn't matter. It is a great place regardless. It is dedicated to the one and only... AMERICAN FOOTBALL club east of Pittsburgh and Miami ...BIALYSTOK LOWLANDERS. The interior is elegant but with a certain understatement, so feel free to drop in even without your tuxedo. Extremely friendly ENGLISH SPEAKING staff will help you choose the best drink and/or the best beer (small but great variety of Polish, Belgian, German or Czech beers). Food is great too! Well...it is a sports bar after all so multiple TV screens placed throughout the pub allow you to watch all important games as well. I think it is the best bar in Bialystok at this time.

Unfortunately, we spent the most hopeless New Year's Eve here. first meeting with foreign guests, we invited them to such a renowned place. and unfortunately we had to leave the place due to the racist behavior of people from the next table. I understand that such guys could happen, no one had any influence on it. but unfortunately the security did not want or intend to do anything about it, we had to leave the premises for our own safety. we were asked to sit down and ignore the taunts, insults and crooked glances. the main security guard didn't even want to listen to my explanations and requests, he interrupted me mid-sentence and told me to calm down. massacre... it was the worst and apart from that: too many people, you couldn't dance on the dance floor at all, one of the two main courses was somehow unsuccessful, it was disgusting. the other food was delicious, the waiter service was great. It's a pity, because we went there to check the venue for organizing our wedding. I do not recommend it and I do not recommend it to anyone!!
