Simply WOW. Bialystok restaurant scene needed a place like this. Staff is super polite and helpful, they are fully aware of what they are serving. And the food... amazing! We had hummus, steak salad and pierogi. All equally great although we loved hummus the most! Greatly recommended - we will definitely return.

Whenever I meet someone who has never been to Bistro Dobra Zmiana, I always encourage them to give this place a go. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Białystok. Every single dish I had here so far was delicious and affordable. I have never had a single reason to complain. Staff is friendly, informative and diligent in providing a really good service. Menu changes every now and then, so if you haven't been there for a while, be sure to pop in and explore new dishes. I'll keep recommending this place and will definitely be going back myself.

This place is fantastic, the interior is spotlessly clean with beautiful decor, just a lovely atmosphere with exemplary attention to detail! Loved this place! The staff are friendly, helpful and very obliging. The food is "out of this world" delicious. The mixture of flavours and presentation of our food was amazing, so creatively prepared and delicious. Thank you, Bistro Dobra Zmiana you are one awesome restuarant! I cannot recommend this place enough! 100% fantastic ;)

Great, versatile place! My number one in Białystok 🙃 ! You can go there for lunch, dinner or just for a coffee or beer.
