Here's the situation, I don't really understand such treatment: We (my and my wife) went to the Rukola for a meal, never been there before, we have waited a moment before choosing the table (hoping there is someone who can lead the way) but waitresses were ignoring us. We took some random table, but it wasn't good for a meal so we went to another one. Then, one of the waitresses said only "you should go upstairs" and... left us! I was able to bring her attention and she said we should go somewhere else, so we just left the place. No help, no directions, just "go away". I don't want to be a trouble for the staff when I am coming for a nice evening. We felt like homeless people begging for some free food but quickly kicked out. I really love other Rukolas in city (the food is decent, as well as service), but such behaviour should be noticed.

When I went with friends to eat inside the food was pretty good. We all had different types of pizza. The 'cocktails' were sugary with a splash of Bottom shelf liquor. Anyway, I ordered delivery pizza recently and it is absolutely terrible. The order itself is correct but the pizza is like dehydrated. I can't imagine why they actually sent this pizza to me to eat. It's very different than the pizza I had when I was at the place itself. Definitely will not go back. From experience I can tell I just got lucky the first time I went. Save your money cause there's plenty of other pizza places in Bialystok

It took 45 min to cook pancakes! This is unacceptable. The waitress forgot to pass our order to the cook. The pancakes were nice but will never come here again because of the longest waiting time.

The best pizza/pasta dishes I’ve ever had and the pancakes are also good just wished they original style with maple syrup.
