One of the main urban landmarks of the city. It's open during the day, so it's a good spot to start sightseeing. Fun fact: the big red church was added as an extension to the small white church standing side-by-side.

Spectacular, even more so because the neighborhood is less than somptuous. The church is rather new being errected in the 19th century while Poland was under the Russians during the partitions. Not surprised at all by this point there's a lot of Christ worshipping going on here at all hours of the day

Very nice sovjet style church. Lovely from the outside. Awesome from the inside. Free access, open all day. But be quite, praying all day.

The oldest and one of two most famos church in Bialystok City. White part was fund by Jan Klemens Branicki the owner of Branicki Palace. During event 'night of museum' turusts can see even undeground catacumbs for free. #bazylikamniejsza #famoschurchbialystok

Very beautiful and impressive church, nice example of neogothic style. Located in very center of city, next to the more places to visit: Branitsky palace with garden, market square with lots of coffeterias.

I was there a few years ago the Cathedral Basilica of the assumption of the blessed Virgin This impressive building is a excellent reflection of life in the city in ages past there are two interconnected buildings the smaller church was built in the early 17th century while the bigger Neon/ Gothic church built in 1905
