I do not recommend this hotel. There is no bread for breakfast and waitress Monika looks at the plates and sees what the guests are eating, very unprofessional! A young boy at the reception threatened my man with the police because he didn't want to pay for breakfast. He ended up paying half price but it should be free! the breakfast selection is poor and Drosophila melanogaster fly in the restaurant. (Not very appetizing) The director had the opportunity to "correct" the personnel error, but did not take this opportunity. I do not recommend this hotel at all! Greetings from the guest who stays around 100 nights a year in hotels.

Very pleasant hotel - spacy rooms, high ceilings, clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. On ground floor great restaurant and bar, portions are huge! Didn't have time to visit but in hotel is swimming pool, spa.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. Super friendly staff. Great room, nice spa area with a great view. More importantly the breakfast buffet was AMAZING 😍 Fresh blueberries, raspberries, different pastries, different hearty creams and delicacies AND freshly made juices according to your wish. You could pick whatever fruit/vegi available and they've made fresh juice for you. Really nice hotel. The restaurant was also great. I took a photo of massage prices 👍 The location is also great 👍 The hotel smells great too. Nice hotel and I'll be definitely staying with them whenever I go back to this city.

Our room was located under the pool, leading to some sounds that could be heard in the room. Otherwise, pool area was amazing and so relaxing.

Great hotel in the heart of Old Town in Białystok. Competitive prices compared to other cities in Poland. Delicious food in the restaurant on Ground Floor.

What a nice hotel indeed. There is free parking available but also a secured parking for about 10 EUR/day. The Spa area was small but cosy. When I visited around 6 pm I was absolutely alone. The rooms are well-appointed and the sleep is comfy. The breakfast is one of a kind with express-prepared eggs (or omelette) and freshly squeezed juice, plus tens of local cold cuts, homemade bread and so on. I would warmly recommend this hotel for business stay.

In reality the hotel is not more than 4*, it is quite outdated. Room was clean but with the strange smell. The breakfast was awful - poor choice - I really don’t know who likes the salads with mayonnaise for breakfast. Anyway all food looked not so fresh - the sausages had strange smell, the cheese was dry on the borders, the vegetables seemed to be outside several days, it was smb’s hair inside of the croissant So we paid 170 euro and left hungry .

The good: - The staff are kind, courteous, and attentive. - The continental breakfast is awesome. - The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and ample beds. - Awesome amenities, particularly the pool, sauna, and spa! The bad: - The entire time we stayed, the shower ocellated between extremely hot and cold every thirty seconds or so. The staff claimed that it might be due to how many rooms were filled, but we didn't observe the same problem in the spa's shower. - The door connecting our room to the adjacent one was paper-thin, so we could hear almost everything from our neighbor (and presumably vice versa). Conclusion: Overall, the hotel is pretty nice, although the above two issues prevented my wife and I from completely enjoying our stay. In particular, the shower issue was really annoying and didn't really have a satisfactory resolution.

Very nice hotel with swimming pools, gym, sauna, very clean, the hotel located in the middle of the city, easy to walk around, a lot of restaurants, cafe, bars around, very good value for money.

Komisch

This place takes a fee for reservations at their restaurant, whick is supposed to be deducted from bill at the end , the fee is to tune of 100 dollars US , got our bill and first thing waitress stated was fee was removed , after looking over receipt the fee was never removed , waitress tried to pocket the fee for herself, wonder how many clients they do that to. Luckily we didn't have many drinks so we were able to catch on , but I wonder how many tables that people may be a bit tipsy get dupped out of their reservation fees. SHADY BUSSINESS PRACTICES

Room was nice and big but service was terrible. 1st of all when we checked in they said jakuzi is broken. It was broken before us when we were leaving,it was still broken. Also swimming pool temperature is not enough hot. Also if 4 couple come to pool at the same time, you dont have enough space to put tour belongings around pool. We left on the floor our stuff couple time. 2nd if you are planning to park your car its very tricky. They say they cant book your parking bay but when we were leaving they tried to charge us for parking which we couldnt manage to park. Lots of people are coming and going and most of them dont stay at hotel but they use parking. We were witnessed 4 days this situation. 3rd there is a pub downstairs and so noisy. There are lots of drunk people make noise and stayed at hotel for a night and left next morning.I dont know for what purpose they use hotel. 4th there is no way to come hotel with buggy or wheelchair from front door. You need to go all the way back of the hotel. 5th breakfast is busy at the weekend morning and they dont have enough space at restaurant. 6th when we were leaving tried to speak with manager but manager wasnt at hotel on saturday afternoon. They have only receptonist who cant solve your problems. Check your cctv you will see there is no manager on duty 11th of february. They supposed to email us till today but they might be really busy open and close car parking gate door so noone emailed to us. Everybody can see my reviews and I dont give 1 star easily to businesses but they are far away from customer service, hospitality. I dont recommend to stay here if you dont want to have these kind of problems on your stay. Im sure there are better place in city ,we just werent lucky. I wont planning to back city in future but if you will stay at this hotel dont forget about our experience. P.s I will share my experience at Sheraton Krakow soon. So you can see difference between hotels.

Just before New Year’s Eve I decided to take my boyfriend to Royal Hotel for New Year’s Eve Party. When I looked online to book our nights out, there was last room available, which means the price was high. But that was ok. It was my first time I was visiting Poland and I really want to enjoy it. When we arrived to the room and open the door the room looked nice and tidy. After unpacking our bags my boyfriend saw a quite big stain near front door on the carpet floor. He works past seven years in five-star hotels In Mayfair London. His eyes spot inequality immediately. That put our stay down so badly each time we were coming back to the room the stain was there to welcome us at the door. Second thing was crack on toilet door near the handle which was fixed and painted unprofessionally. Finally, it was quite a shock when we saw that for each room service, we would have to pay 40zl, which is relevant to 8£ English pounds. I do understand to tip, as I aways do, but to pay room service in five-star hotel seem a bit odd for us. Moreover on arrival we found out that Jacuzzi is not working. Our next move was to go downstairs to Royal Hotel Browar and enjoy the night before New Years Eve. Just day before like I was able to get last room in your hotel, it was the same as such I was able to get last available table at Royal Hotel Browar for New Years Eve. While eating we spoke to Manager to find out where would be our table on New Year’s Eve, but unfortunately, the table plan was not ready yet. Later, during night one of the lovely waitresses told us that the table plan was ready. When we asked where our table would be, we found out it would be by the wall on the right-hand side from main entrance. That put us off too. The Manager knew we are staying guest even so allocated us by the wall. We were totally no happy with it. Then we spoke to our lovely hostess who looked after us all evening and explain. Thereafter we did get different table. New Year’s Eve night begins, we set down order drink, food and start to enjoy last night of the year. After some time, the music starts to play very loud, thereafter not at all. Basically, there were speakers on top of the bar which were not working properly. Music once played, once not at all, once to loud and once not at all. Eventually their were taken away. It totally break the atmosphere for us, as such the spirit of New Year’s Eve ( Sylwester) night. Finally, as we had table for two, the chairs we had were not too comfy. We saw boof table empty for quite a long time, like few hours. Therefore, we asked our waitress if we could move there, but been told that it is booked. After hour later we asked again, unfortunately, same answer. Then my boyfriend went to ask one of the Managers and we were able to move to the boof table. Overall during our stay we spend a good some of money at your hotel, always tipping for really good service from your staff, but sometimes I was not feeling welcome. We would be extremely unhappy, and it would be totally unfair, if you are not compensating us in a way. After sending above story we received email, saying different staff not connecting at all to our complaint, like our letter was not put to the Management and we were offered 10% discount on Spa, which actually every guest gets while staying in Hotel. Totally unprofessional and rip off really. We did not sing up to buy cat in the bag. I would rate the hotel as three star.

We booked 2 nights in this hotel, one on our way to Lithuania and one the way back to Germany. From the main train station by bus no. 2 or 4 it is max. 5 mins walk to the hotel. The rooms are excellent and offer all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is of generous size and all together it is very clean and comfortable. The furniture is deliberate and functional, yet elegant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all we spent 2 pleasant and relaxing nights for about 70€/ea without breakfast in this hotel, situated in the middle of the centre, surrounded by restaurants, cafés and their terraces. We highly recommend this hotel and now we know that the city Bialystok is worth a trip as well, not just for transit.

Excellent hotel located right in the heart of the city. Very clean and comfortable room. Good service and tasty breakfast (though for a 5-star hotel there could have been more variety and selection with the hot food). The adjacent brewery (also owned by the hotel) offers great drinks and food. Nice beer garden overlooking the main square. The pool was clean but small and the water temperature was rather low. The "panoramic view" from the pool was rather disappointing to say the least. Overall, though this is by far the best place to stay in Białystok.

Very nice. However, a five-star hotel shouldn't put plastic flowers on the tables, with water in vases, and pretend they are fresh, right?

Restaurant serves really nice food and really good own brewed beer. Totally can recommend the wild boar pierogi. On my next stay in bialystok I want to stay in the hotel, heard it is also very nice.
