Outrageous!!! This is suppose to be a 4 star hotel?? I made a last minute booking for my sister and provided my credit card details. My sister called to confirm the reservation and was told that she needs to show the credit card upon checking in. I contacted the hotel and informed them that it's impossible as I don't live in Poland and cannot be physically there with my credit card. I explained everything in the email and attached booking confirmation, my credit card details and screenshot from my Ipad. Well, it was still not enough and the lady asked me to pay via bank transfer. At this point I was extremely annoyed but I did pay. The money were taken from my account. Guess what? They refused to accommodate my sister because the payment did not go through. Well, hello I have just made the payment! They treated her like a poor homeless person and left her without a place to sleep in a last minute. I will NEVER EVER book a room in this hotel and I don't recommend this to anyone either unless you want to be treated like garbage!!

Fridge wasn’t working in the room , no 24 h receptions, cleaning lady works only till 4 pm or 2 pm . She did not change a sheet . Staff is not friendly at the reception and girls at Tropicana pool are very unfriendly at the desk . Hotel is not updated ! No ice for drink . Over all this hotel should be 3 stars not 4 . I would no go back . Atmosphere is like in Soviet Union

Outdated, air very moldy and dusty. The first room we got was in middle of construction. We had to go back to front desk and get a new room. Second room was very old. Had a mildew scent. If you turn on AC, you start sneezing from the dust. Window curtains don’t block the sun at all, so it’s super bright from 5am. It’s the kind of room you wouldn’t want to walk bare feet, I’m pretty sure the carpet is original and was never changed. Bathroom sink counter doesn’t have much space to keep your items. Shower is really dirty from being old. Stain on floor, rust and mold around the edges. Breakfast was ok. Buns weren’t fresh on our first day. Breakfast room also very outdated. Chairs probably original from 25 years ago. Didn’t get much sleep, checked out after second day. One plus is that there was no fee to check out a couple days early, but only if you have the original receipt.

Nice hotel with good service and food, nice space with swimming pools and saunas

It was impossible to sleep in the hotel. The rooms are overlooking a street which is busy till late at night, so I could not keep the window open, while the air conditioning was so loud that kept you awake anyway. At 4 am there was a large and noisy crowd on the hotel parking lot just under the windows (apparently there is a night club in the same building). They were shouting and playing loud music, and no-one from the hotel staff did anything to calm them down. It went on like that for an hour. The rooms are run down. There was mold in the shower. The worst combination of pretentiousness and Soviet-style service.

Dirty, stinky, just awful! Molde in the shower, stained, stinky sofa that was probably never cleaned. This hotel is run down and should be closed down as a biohazard. Does not deserve a * not to mention 4* Never again!

Nice hotel with aqua park. Poor breakfast menu

Felt like a run down old school Soviet hotel. The rooms are not modern at all, mold in the shower and not cleaned properly. Kinda comfortable beds though, and you get a huge pile of pillows to chose from. The breakfast is mediocre at best, but tasty omelet that’s made for you while you wait. They also have soy milk upon request. The so called “spa” is a few swimming pools, jacuzzis and saunas. The saunas are nice, but the pools feel more like a bathing house than a spa.

fine hotel, nice rooms, big enough for three people. pool and water slide is a cool feature especially in Poland. food is okay minus and over all the hotel is just a fine hotel it's not amazing or out of the ordinary in any way, just a normal hotel

Despite the age of the hotel, it was a pleasent stay. Pro for the pool area, nice staff, clean room and close proximity to most things. Cons: parts could need a refurbish, and traffic noise.

Very bad hotel! 5 stars very very disguisting come not wite expensive cars ! They stole my car they have no camera ! Teribble service do not come here. People this is not 5 stars !

Very comfortable place to stay for a few nights at a reasonable price. Great aquapark with saunas and Jacuzzis.
