Good location, near to old town, shopping centre attached with the hotel. Parking available. Room sizes are big enough, provided supereb breakfast, perfect menu for lunch, room service available. Front desk employees known English.

The receptionist curly girl is very sweet to contact. Thanks her. Meals are relatively good. The Waiter with rare hair is very calm and good boy but the other receptionist who is muscled and glassed very nerveous. Rooms and Loby are very clean. I think one of the best places to accommodate :)

The hotel is nice - it's new, fresh, offers complimentary underground parking. Reception staff is helpful and reacts quickly for additional wishes. Rooms are nice and new, however I was missing 3 things: safe box, small fridge, and tissues. I don't believe in environmental practices when you decide to reuse your towel, as on the other hand they provide plastic cups in rooms. The breakfast is unacceptable. We came there 1h before buffet closing: no cold cuts, no cheese, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, no pancakes, no sausage. For everything you have to ask and it takes ages (sausage arrived after 40 min.). Definitely an issue with managing buffet. On top many products of extremely low quality (e.g. sausage).

Very nice rooms. Every day service. Restaraunt in the lobby. Big portions. Everything delicious. Gluten free food a little bit too salty.

There is no refrigerator in my room. All good but not refrigerator.

Upon check-in into 1107 room, I had some room issues: -room smelled -it was Feb and would not get warm after waiting 3-4 hours -windows had multiple greasy hand stains on the inside Needles to say it was not very good beginning! Spoke to GM of the hotel and I got a different room. The rest of the hotel stay was ok nothing great and nothing bad. Typical 3 star place I guess. The breakfast was basic, nothing special (not sure what the previous write ups are that the breakfast is superb), the hotel is clean, however.

The most disgusting experience that I ever had!!! I arrived at the hotel because I need a stay for one night in Bialystok. First of all a very unpolite lady at the reception desk. I asked to take a look at the room just for a moment, and she answered me "no, you can't, if you need to see the room take a look on the internet!!!" What???!!!! I traveled a lot across the world and that is the first time I met this kind of attitude. Then I just walked to the side of the restaurant to take a look at how breakfast is looking, and the women from reception screamed all over the lobby "do not go there" What???!!! If you have such workers in your reception that are a "face" of the hotel, then I will never choose Ibis for a stay in Bialystok. In the whole world that is normal when a customer wants to see what he is buying. It wasn't a problem in other cities, or countries, it wasn't a problem in other Ibis hotels. But here it is problem. Very unpolite, unfriendly attitude. It seems you don't need customers to visit your hotel if you are acting like that!

Nice place to stay. Spacy rooms, good restaurant. Comfortable parking, good location near the center. Shopping mall below. The only thing I found strange - shower without one wall, so I basically had to wipe the floor after taking shower. Otherwise everything is very good
