Disappointing . We did not like our room. We stayed in the hotel for 8 days. Room service was unsatisfactory. Food was Ok.

Nice rooms, hell. One star removed because the fridge is pretty noisy.

Great location to Rynek Kosciuszko. Breakfast was very good, staff was very attentive. We had a minor issue in our room but staff was quick to resolve it.

Don't stay here. They play music super loud on the ground floor. They play it late at night and you can hear it in the rooms when you're trying to sleep.

Friendly staff, good food, good location, comfortable beds but our first floor room faced the street and traffic was very loud all night

We were extremely pleased and surprised by this hotel services. We stayed last month for a few days. Myself as a former tour driver and tour guide in Europe and North America I has seen and stayed in many hotels with the same number of stars and I have to say clearly that this hotel was way above my expectations. Thank you Cristal .

Unfriendly staff at reception. We booked quiet room and it was located over some bar and we could hear the words of karaoke up till midnight. Also quite expensive when traveling with pets. At least the dogs got some treats. Also unclear and unfair prices for parking. We drive with VW Transporter and we had to pay parking price of Bus ???

Nice place in the middle of town center. Friendly staff, very tasty manu in the restaurant. Have a spa with salt room, sauna and jacuzzi. Sleeping couch was also very comfortable. We've had a wonderful time here, deffinately recommend. Dzenkuje!

Place looks great , even though didn't change in past 20 yrs . Great service , food is delicious . I wish they had more whiskey drinks on menu

A great hotel in the heart of Białystok Old Town / City Center. Nicely renovated old historical building, great rooms, all necessary amenities, very friendly staff and ability to park the car both in front of the hotel or in a private parking zone. We have visited this hotel with our 11 month old baby and hotel staff made sure that we were provided with the cot for a comfortable sleep and baby table for the breakfast. The breakfast selection was quite good! Food was tasty and pastries were also very delicious. The hotel has got a nice charm and it's own character which is absolutely lovely! Price was pretty reasonable 355 zł (75 EUR) for comfortable double room with breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit Białystok next time.

An excellent hotel that surprised me very positively. At first glance, but as we all know you don't judge a book by its cover, the hotel didn't seem good to me. Today, I consider it the best possible choice and one of the coolest hotels I have stayed in recently. Its façade looks neither modern nor inviting. There is no modernity visible in the building. But! The reception staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable people. The interior of the building is clean, well maintained . The rooms are pleasant, clean and well maintained. Bathrooms perfectly cleaned. When I left for breakfast the room was already cleaned. This does not happen today even in 5* hotels in Europe. The service is therefore instant. Breakfast - unbelievably large and interesting choice. Absolutely no reservations can be had. What captivated me most was the commitment of the restaurant staff at breakfast and especially the young chefs immediately replenishing products that had run out. Classics of hospitality at the highest level and at its best. I congratulate, admire and certainly if I ever return to Bialystok - I will be happy to return to your hotel.

This was the 5th time in 3 years that I stayed with my wife in this hotel in Bialystok. The personnel of the reception is very friendly and helps you out where they can when you have a last minute question about a room, such as being able to use a room for people not that mobile anymore. The rooms are very clean and big enough with a nice mini bar. I have never seen a breakfast so rich with so much of variety. The restaurant is top of the bill about the food but also about the service staff. A parking spot with security people and all the staff members are very friendly. I hoop it will soon be my 6th staying.

We stayed at this hotel on our way, via rail, from Kaunas, Lithuania, to Krakow, Poland. I can’t speak highly enough of it. The room was spacious and spotless, the bar was great, the dining room cuisine was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful and charming. Also, convenient location and excellent breakfast. Will absolutely be our first choice if we are in that region again.

Very good hotel with excellent localisation in city center. Delicious breakfast. Rooms well equiped, clean and large. Helpful workers, very kind and supportive, especially Mrs Urszula, Magda and Mr Adam from restaurant. The person from parking helped us with our bicycles and we could store them in safe place. Hotel highly recommended.

Being a Diamond Plus member at Best Western, I have been in many hotels. This is one of the best-if not the best-hotels I ever stayed in Great room, fast wifi, very clean, friendly staff, close to everything, great breakfast and food.

I've never seen such good windows. They are like magic! It's very quiet. Sauna was a bit funny, bc it was at 60 C, but they heated it up for me. Proper hotel. Would book again.

Excellent location, very comfortable beds. The hotel offers sauna and jacuzzi included in the price of the room. Nice and and relaxing, but at the end of the day the jacuzzi was a bit dirty. Friendly staff.
