Hotel Turkus in Bialystok. The lady at the reception was nice. Changing the room after the problem in the bathroom was not a problem. Entrance to the hotel without a lift, you need to bring your own luggage. There should be an elevator or a ramp to collect your luggage. I do not know if this is common in Poland - we were asked to pay in advance. The elevator in the hotel is super small. The room looks like a working class hotel, not like a hotel in the capital of Podlasie. There is no fridge, no air conditioning, no telephone in the room. In the bathroom only soap, no shampoos. Hooks in the bathroom barely hang on the wall. Only 3 Bath towels for 3 people, no hand towles. No Kleenex in the room. The standards in the room are very like hostels but the location of the hotel was very convenient for me. One electric socket in one room in the bathroom. Breakfast is included, quite good. It was Swedish table but in a very low profile version. There were very good pancakes, sausages were warm after reheating. Coffee very basic , water, tea and jogurt available.. According to me, the hotel should be renovated completely. Decor looks like it's from the 80's. Wifi in the room was available but unstable. Handles in the door in to the room-very old. Cheeped plates during my breakfast. Service in the hotel and during my breakfast was very nice. Nice gifts at the front desk. If you do not need to be right at this location I would not recommend this hotel. There are many hotels for a similar price in a much better standards in the center of Białystok . Do your homework.

Terrible - the hotel seemed like it wasn't invested into it since it was constructed. Elevator doesn't work, lobby was messy. The door from room was opened when we came, the room STANK incredibly - like public toy toy. Rooms looks OK, but it stinks terribly. Bathroom was destroyed, we were afraid to take shower, and to use sink. Roof looked molt, destroyed. We left the hotel not even 10 minutes after check in. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL, Rather stay in your car. This hotel is not worth any single EURo.

It's a good place to relax and have some fun with friends. The only problem we faced was the people stayed at the neighbor room disturbed so much but the workers solved the problem. I like the hospitality they given so much

It looks like a 3 star hotel but everything is very fine.low budget hotel but nice.crew is very friendly.Can recommend it to people who are looking for a budget hotel.

Aweful, cheap stay. Smelly rooms. Flush doesn't function. Don't recommend

Mostly satisfactory experience. Needs some repairs,sound from other rooms and outside is abit hearable but overall 4.

Pet friendly. :) The price for the dog was good - 20 zl. I have liked the place of the hotel - even if it wasn’t at the center of the city, near it was a few shopping centers. But there was no shampoo in the bathroom and was not so many choices of food at the breakfast.

It needs major repairs and a diversified european breakfast

Also sorry ich habe 2 Nächte da geschlafen es ist eine vollkatastrophe die Mitarbeiter sind mega unfreundlich und also ich gestern Mittag gegessen habe habe ich mich danach die ganze Zeit übergeben. Leider sehr schade.
