THE NOISE HOTEL, should be called. This place does NOT CATER for tourists who want to have some rest: the cleaning ladies start making noise (loud talk, cranking, slamming, ringing, knocking...) at 8 am, so you can't sleep any longer. The management obviously assumes that guests MUST wake up at 8 am, and if not, then we don't deserve respect. The recepcionist told me she'd see to it, but nothing improved. It's simply the hotel's policy to FORCE guests to wake up at 8. Unacceptable. My overal rest was, therefore, quite bad throughout my four nights' stay. For the rest, receptionists are friendly and speak good English. The location is good, nearby restaurants and services, yet a quiet area. Tasty decor, free (unsurveyed) parking for customers, friendly check-in/out schedule. Besides, the room welcomes you with a little gift. Lastly, windows have blinds. But the noise spoils the experience totally.

The hotel was great! The reception understood english very well and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The apartment rooms were spaceous and comfortable and the decor was pleasant to look at. The breakfast for it's price was satisfying. Would deffinetly come again!

Very pleasant on all aspects. Free parking on side of building, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was nice on variety, restaurant in evening superb and very affordable. Super plus from wellness center included on room price with saunas and salt cave. Certainly staying here again when in area.

Made a reservation by their website, got a confirmation email afterwards thanking me for making the reservation and that they were delighted to see us there. Well when we came they're the hotel was overbooked, no sorry or whatsoever. So we had to go somewhere else.

I had visited Villa Pastel in August 2018 with my sister. I must say I was nicely surprised when I walked into the building. The antique ambiance of the hotel and very nice and helpful staff made the stay very enjoyable. You don’t have to look for in town restaurants as the one Villa Pastel has in house is Amazing!!! The food is Top Notch! Breakfast that you would never imagine, delicious soups for lunch and beef tartare to die for  There is also a gorgeous patio that you can hang out with your friends and loved ones, it is by the street but you barely feel it due to the grape vines and pots full of herbs that’s surround it. I highly recommend you to visit this little cute hotel.

It's pretty expensive compared to other hotels in Białystok but on the other hand they have an amazing SPA centre included into the price. Room was clean an tidy. Got some raspberry jam as a gift :)

Toimiva ratkaisu majoitukseen sellaiselle jolla ei ole varaa luxukseen. Ilmastoinnin puute tai edes jos olisi tuuletin niin helteillä olisi mukavempaa.
