Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta. Rezerwowałam nocleg osobiście, pod numerem telefonu podanym na stronie. Dokonałam rezerwacji i dostałam potwierdzenie smsem. Umówiłam się z Panią że będę po północy ze względu na opóźnienie pociągu. I tu się zaczęło... na początku nikt nie otwierał drzwi, jak również nikt nie odbierał telefonu. Po 20 minutach pukania, drzwi otworzył Pan i po angielsku oznajmił, że zakwaterowanie mają tylko do godziny 24 i że w niczym nie może pomóc, bo nie ma kluczy od pokoju. Tak więc zostałam z walizkami na ulicy w środku nocy. Sami więc zdecydujcie czy chcecie rezerwować pokoje w tym hostelu.

Грязь, хамство, забронировали одну комнату, а дали другую. Не разрешили воспользоваться чайником и микроволновкой,чтрбы не мешать другим гостям. Чайник и микроволновки с холодильником находятся в коредоре. Мини кухни нет👆👆👆. Мы опоздали на пол часа к заселению. Транзитная страна, затянутое прохождение польской таможни, перебои с интернетом и связью. Уставшие приехали в отель, а там такой приём. Агрессивные работники отеля, меня ещё и обозвали, когда я указала на грязь в номере и грязное постельное, на котором, я не сомневаюсь всю неделю спали разные гости. Я опытный турист с многолетним опытом и сотрудничество с Букинг. Такого хамства и несоответствия рейтингу, я ещё не встречала. Один рулон бумаги на два туалета, кстати, хотя душевые, на удивление, сносные.

Das komplette Hostel war sehr sauber und wirkte gründlich geputzt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und kulant. Sie konnten uns sogar bei einem Buchungsfehler, den wir getätigt haben, helfen und dadurch mussten wir nicht draufzahlen. Sie sind außerdem sehr freundlich. Das Zweierzimmer war geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Die sauberen und modernen Badezimmern direkt gegenüber unserem Zimmer waren ebenfalls top. Die Zeiten konnten wir uns für das gebuchte Frühstück selbst aussuchen. Es war ein einfaches polnisches Frühstück, aber trotzdem lecker. Der umzäunte Parkplatz direkt an dem Hostel ist kostenfrei und ersparte uns die nervige Suche nach einem Parkplatz

The beds in the shared dorm are comfy and there is plenty of space in the room. Nice views from the windows. They are quite strict with checkin. You can only checkin at 3pm with a reservation, however, if you are a walk in, you can check in earlier. Only private rooms receive a main door key. Shared dorm sleepers must be back before 23:00 or risk being locked out. (Once the main door is locked you cannot exit if you're in the shared dorm..) There are no lockers here and the property takes no responsibilty for bags left - this is common enough but often you can leave your bag with the receptionist. Here they do not recommend that.. I wonder why? The halls are quite echoey. So if you want to have a private call or not disturb your roommates, it's not possible. The internet did not work in the shared kitchen area. Their response: "We hope never we see you again In our Accommodations bc you are not feeling confirtable with client like you. Making reservation In shared room and you need privacy you paid the minum price you use for double consumation."

The 5 star reviews by Toni moussa and moussa and sons are the Owners !! How pathetic. I stayed over the Christmas time it’s really a terrible place there are better options nearby. The male manager who spoke English was very rude and the room had a musty smell.

Perfect location in the old Town all what you need it is arround you no need a car or taxi for shopping hoste sweet dream very clean and new big parking too i recommand for familly and traveller.

It was wonderful place located in old town you can find everything arroyos this area the hostel very clean comfortable have free space for walk eat rest it was wonderful and cost was normal .
