The doctor first talked for two hours about her family and what a great doctor she was before she even looked at my face. After this time, an anesthetic cream was applied to me, which, as it turned out, was too weak for such a strong treatment as a fractional laser. The pain during the procedure was enormous, the doctor did not want to stop the procedure even for a moment because other patients were waiting for appointments. After the procedure, the doctor said that the skin heals in about a week. Concerned, after a few days I called the doctor and informed her that I still had red spots under my eyes and on my forehead. The doctor replied that sometimes the traces may still be visible for a few months and that I should continue to use a cream with a 50 filter. After 4 months, I wrote to the doctor that the traces left by the laser were still not gone. The doctor did not respond to the message. I went to two dermatologists who referred me to a doctor who performed fractional laser treatment because it was performed incorrectly. I wrote another message asking the doctor for a consultation because I was afraid that the spots left by the laser would become discolored. The doctor still didn't reply. I made an appointment at the happy clinic. From the moment I asked if the visit was free, the doctor was very unpleasant. I showed the doctor the traces of the laser grids on my face. She said she didn't see any marks on my face and wasn't going to do anything about it. Currently, I have discoloration on my face in places where a strong laser was used. The doctor does not respond to messages, she has never answered my phone. Also, no one at the reception answers calls from my number. I only received one message telling me to contact the doctor's lawyer, who said that the doctor could remove the laser marks if I paid for it.
