Surprisingly, very stylish and well furnished hotel with a tasty restaurant and great prices! Definitely highly recommended, when travelling by car or passing by this small town.

Superb experience and would be back and thoroughly reccomend. Great size rooms, triple glazed windows, which contributes to a great sleep, it's clean and quiet. I was travelling alone on this occasion and booked single bed room,but was upgraded to double, which was a very welcome treat. Staff at reception is very helpful and polite. Fantastic bathroom, finish and design super comfy. Everything works fine in the room. Mattress was not too soft, very comfortable though. I could not find a fault. Maybe herbal tea selection could be better if I was trying to find something. As green tea at night is not a good idea, simply too much caffeine. If camomile or peppermint tea was in the selection I would had no complaints! That's a small thing that could me easily remedeed. There is a good restaurant downstairs which I haven't tried. But it smelled nice!

It was sudden and not planned stay. I did reservation one hour before arrival and come to hotel around 22.00. Excellent location, highly visible sign :) spacy parking. Staff is just great, I got my well deserved drink, was possibility have dinner. Room is big, bed - highest sleeping standard. Gift from General Manager was sweet and pleasant. Tea/coffee in room. But most pleasant moment was next morning - breakfast! One of the best breakfast and best service I see for last few years! Clean, new. Highly recommended!

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the center. next to the hotel there is a mall with a supermarket about 4 minutes walk. The value is very good for the money we stay there one night highly recommended. The room is very clean, shower also very clean, a great breakfast its extra 50 zloti , the hotel staff is very helpful in orientation and gives help and is very helpful.

Great new rooms, but quite noisy when there is a party at the ground floor. Simple but tasty morning meals, really enjoyed them!

We ordered a superior room with double bed via Booking. We also noted that we will need invoice. Upon check-in we were offered a standard room with two single beds and were asked to pay for it (the receptionist didn't even bother to check if we paid already or not prior to asking to pay). We had to repeat the request for invoice. Eventually, we were given the room we ordered, and everything would have been ok, but... around 8 p. m. our room was filled with bass from the music in the building. It appears, the hotel is hosting some kind of the party, it's 1 a. m. at the moment and we can't sleep. The party is still on full swing, the beat is strong enough that we could dance along, should we wish. And keep in mind, that the party is on the ground floor, and our room is on the fourth floor! We tried changing the room to a quieter one - alas. Not to sound winy, but I would expect a better sound proof installation from a 4 star hotel, not to mention that the receptionist must have informed us about the party and possible noise - we wouldn't have stayed. So overall, the hotel might be new, beautiful and good, but our impression and our rest are ruined. And yes, some minor details: e.g., 1 tea cup for two, crooked shower tap...

Room was great, location good, service great. I paid for breakfast in advance but realized we had to leave earlier- wasn’t a problem at all, we got really good food to go! Hotel parking available and at a fair price.

What a great value for the money! Brand new hotel, attentive staff, great gym, all you can eat breakfast with tons of choices (my picky eaters of 11 and 6 - were extremely satisfied), so was I with bottomless mimosas on the weekend:). This hotel makes it a great choice for a business or family trip.

Very nice hotel in Bialystok. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Private parking available, but it is also possible to park in front of the hotel/restaurant free of charge. Nice and fresh rooms, well equipped. Good breakfasts.
