This is the best bar in Biarritz! I stayed in Biarritz for 5 weeks and tried many bars and this place was amazing for meeting people, the beers & cocktails were amazing! During the day, they have great coffee and food. Charlie’s bar is the main reason I love Biarritz so much! Definitely recommend!!
