A not-to-be-missed in Biarritz. Outstanding! Small and cozy restaurant, with tables and bar (viewing kitchen action) with comfortable high chairs. Friendly and very professional staff. Chef and cooks team up very precisely, quietly and gently. Hardly you hear a noise or voice from open kitchen (unbelievable). Kitchen is kept clean permanently. Food is perfectly cooked and finely presented. Flavours are very well preserved. Quality-price very well balanced. Congratulations and thank you. Hope you keep such high level.

The food experience was very good but the overall experience wasn’t the best. I would still recommend going as I think we just had a bit of bad luck. We were in a party of 5 but three of us were a lot later due to circumstances. Two of us were already sitting down but we weren’t helped for about 30 minutes. They did not ask us if we wanted a drink or anything. When we ordered the wine eventually we had to wait thirty minutes more, seeing the waiter/host serve everyone but us to eventually hear they did not have the wine. I think this is a lovely restaurant for locals and french people and the restaurant has a lovely cosy atmosphere. However it seems not the best place for tourists. The food was lovely! Maybe a bit overpriced but overall good! I wouldn’t recommend the white tuna appetizer as it was very dry and the murue was very bland. However, the côte de bœuf was very good and the pomme de terres was the best we’ve every had.

For a foreigner that eat alone, this place and it's staff welcomes me warmly, I choose foie gras terrine as entree and duck steak as main course. The taste is amazing, no doubt they earn their michelin guide listing and I hope the star very soon. The staff also serve me complimentary cookies after dessert. It's worth a stop during your trip to Biarritz. Kudos to the waiter and the chefs

Made a booking via email 3 days before, was asked what time I would like to book dinner for, and when we showed up he said that he had not booked us for dinner because he hadn't had time to check the emails. His excuse was that he was too busy and could not accommodate us, in reality he was too busy that he didn't really care. Very disappointing, we had been recommended this restaurant by some friends in Australia but the success must have gone to their head. When you lose care for your customers you lose care for your food and service. Good luck!!!!

Had an excellent meal here last night. It’s been a long while since I’ve had a meal prepared with such care and intention. My personal favorites were the langoustine tartare, the hake (cooked to absolute perfection) and the classic cote de boeuf served with creamy potatoes. Every bite was satisfying and everyone in my group adored the meal. Bravo to the chefs!

Superb food presentation and quality, limited menu but delicious. We tried 4 starters and two main courses all were great. Service was very attentive, the two girls were professionals and pleasant.

Hands down the best restaurant experience Ive had in France and Ive spent quite a bit of time here. Perfect balance in flavours, textures and choice of food. Simple yet original courses where there is so much attention to detail without ever overdoing anything which is no easy task. Dont usually write reviews but when its this good it is the least one could do! Thank you so much and see you next year🙏

Great food although most of it was raw or prepared with ingredients not very suitable for a pregnant woman, which was my case. Will for sure come back once I can try other things. Nonetheless, what I could eat was great. Definitely recommend the pear tart!
