I had the besttt time with Karoline! 😍It was my first time getting lashes done and she was so patient, explained the whole process and detail into the whole thing. So much care went into it and the process felt amazing . I was so excited with and loved how they came out, I’m just obsessed and can’t stop taking pictures of my lashes! It was a professional and clean environment she took her time to make sure my sister loved the premap and the results of combination brows are unreal looks natural lasts her for longer than a year. She does an amazing job for waxing.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Lashes started falling off when I washed my face next day after 24hrs. There was space. I reached out to her and didn’t respond again. This was my second time. She was once good. She needs to go back to training and up her skills. definitely won’t be back nor will I recommend anyone. My eyebrow tint were awful too. Even starter lash techs do better job. Also had a man in the house coughing, sneezing and snorting through out my appointment. Going home with good lashes would have made up for it but na. There are better lash techs around.

I’ve never been this happy with my eyebrows and my lashes are perfect! It’s been a comfortable experience with perfect results. Couldn’t recommend more! Booking my top up sessions and looking through the service list - might spend all day with K next time!!!
