I have visited Vasu eye care for my mother's eye operation. I really impressed by the politeness of staff and the management of hospital. Dr. Gaurav Mangla is really a awesome guy. Perfectionist in his field. If you want eye operate must visit this place. Interior of hospital is also good. AC rooms. AC waiting area. Temperature checking machine at entrance. Automatic sanitiser. Hospital also includes Lab, medical shop and specs shop. You can also take the benefits of various health Insurances. I have cut one star from rating because they didn't accept digital payment. They accept only cash. Also there is no ATM near hospital. Washrooms were not much cleaned.

Have very good experience with this hospital.Everything is guided step by step by all the staff members very politely and nicely.I have done lasik laser treatment from dr. Akashdeep.He explains all the things to me in layman language and one of the best thing i liked most about dr. Akashdeep is that he is not in hurry with his patients, gives proper time to me and solve all my queries about my treatment.All the staff members are very nice and talk to patients in respective manner.Thanks to dr. I went through my lasik laser to correct my vision. It we soo well I make my mind to give them great review to thank to all the team who involved in the operation. The doctors (Akash) I work with know their stuff. They approach me as a team member, as an advisor...not a dictator. They tell me what they think honestly and don't use a lot of medical jargon. They tell me what to expect from a test or procedure or new medication. They provide options whenever possible. They look at me as a total person. They are empathetic, calm and willing to listen. They follow up with me and respond to my questions that come up outside of scheduled appointments in a timely fashion. They admit when they are stumped but don't stop trying to find answers. The hospital was very clean and tidy. Management was very satisfied. They really care about what I'm dealing with and want me to live my best life. Doctor is good but the front staff services are very poor. Reception misguide the patients. Dealing staff is just illiterate and of poor behavior under no supervision. Doctor need to pay attention towards administration also.
