When I went to him I had no idea about diamonds and rings and by the time I had left I had a full understanding on how to look at diamonds and what sets them apart. Paul used an existing diamond and turned it into a stunning necklace for me - I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome, I absolutely love it. Fit the brief perfectly and all within budget, very reasonably priced especially considering the quality of the service and the product. I have been happily married for 5 years but one thing that was bothering me is that I was barely wearing the beautiful engagement ring that my husband gave me. Between working long shifts at a hospital, mothering young kids, swimming and paddling in the ocean, etc etc it was just spending too much time in its box. I would recommend Claremont Diamonds to anyone wanting a personalised engagement ring suited to your situation. Paul has great customer service skills and meeting with him is an enjoyable experience. He went through and showed me all different diamonds, explaining the classification system. I explained what I was looking and he presented me with diamonds fitting the description I desired. After picking the diamond he explains the jewellery process and we agreed together on a set design. I got the exact engagement ring I wanted at a great price. Paul made the experience enjoyable and I will be returning for the wedding bands. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
