Everyone here was super helpful and nice. We even forgot a hair dryer and the office had one. It’s in a great location with its own beach access route. We had a Beach Cottage unit with the kitchenette. Even though it rained all weekend we still had a great time. We didn’t use it but there is a heated pool on the property as well. Which is nice if you don’t forget want to get in the frigid Atlantic.

We had a great stay in room 19 in one of the ocean front kitchenette apartments. Great views, and everything we needed. Lisa the owner was super accomadating to my family and remembered me by name throughout my stay. Quick walk to pier but enough distance to keep it quiet both on the street and the beach. I will be back!

Staff did a great job cleaning up rooms. Walls are super thin and I could hear the people next to us fighting in the morning because they had no hot water, apparently the hot water tank had failed Also on departure day we hung our wet bathing suits outside of our room and took a walk. Apon retuning our suits were no where to be found. I called after realizing that they weren’t in the car and Lisa informed me that she took them and put them in her garage. She agreed to send them to me and I said I would cover the shipping costs. Three weeks later she finally sends them and then charged me $19 more for her time returning them. She has been very rude and hostile about returning our stuff that she took and saying I left it in the room, that was not where I had left it, it was hung right where my car was parked. Again great service staff horrible host and customer service not trustworthy she never told one of the 30+ people in our group that she had taken our stuff or others things

We were very pleased /lucky with the last minute accommodations by the owner Lisa. We could not be more happier with all the services she provided. Very pleasant and voilà, the beach is right in front of us. Thanks Lisa and hope to come back someday to see your sweet, sweet motel again:)

This was our second time staying here ! First time was great which is why we came back ! The owner could not be any nicer. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Pool was nice and we were steps away from the beach! Today was there closing day 😕! Or we would have stayed longer. Guess we will have to wait till next year!

upon arrival room seemed somewhat clean, but after we looked under the comforter the sheets were covered with sand and smelled. it was obvious they weren’t changed before we checked in. the floor is absolutely disgusting and i couldn’t even walk around barefoot without my feet turning black. the shower didn’t have hot water and the lady at the front desk was beyond rude when we asked for new sheets claiming they were clean when it was obvious they weren’t. her son came and finally gave them to us, but overall it was a very upsetting and unsanitary experience. the picture is when i wiped part of the floor down. disgusting.

The family of us took 3 rooms and had a wonderful stay. We checked in with Shirley and we immediately were made to feel like we were family. We were able to get all rooms together. We had oceanfront room. One of the two beds was uncomfortable but we were there for the ocean and the beach. We saw and chatted with Lisa a few times and she was always interested in how our stay way and what we were up to. She easily gave our family places to go for certain foods etc and we can't wait to go back. WONDERFUL experience. The housekeepers checked daily for anything that we needed and were very respectful of the kiddos at nap time.

3 stars for location only. Rooms are small and run down and as other noted, not the most comfy beds. But I guess you are paying for beach access and view only and you should be out of the room experiencing what the local area has to offer. Don't plan on enjoying your room but the area it's self. And oh yeah, cleaning tech dropped a bag of laundry from the 2nd floor on my Mustang!! How about taking the stairs next time!

It was great to be right by the beach (but a little ways away from the boardwalk, a bit calmer). Suite was clean & comfortable, had all amenities needed if we had wanted to cook instead of eating out. Decor was cute. Hoping to return again soon for a longer stay!

From the moment we arrived for our one night stay the owner, Lisa, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The house keeping staff is the best I have ever seen! Friendly, hardworking and truly clean each room with great detail. The motel is right on the beach, close to the Pier, very clean and the beds are comfortable. This motel is worth every penny. We will stay here again!!

The staff was wonderful, so friendly. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Not only did we have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, but were also provided with kitchen supplies, dishes and even wine glasses.

Brought my nephew up for the weekend as a birthday getaway. The room was very clean and bright, and just a few steps from the beach. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean, as well as the parking lot. Would definitely come back!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We loved the ocean view and the easy access to the beach. We loved that they had a shower to rinse off the sand. The pool was nice and clean. The motel was a good distance away from the pier. Close enough to walk, but far enough away from the crowds.

My family and I have been coming to the Atlantis for many years. Each year every aspect of the stay exceeds our expectations. The high quality of service and attention to detail remains every year. It’s located right on the beach and only a short walk to the attractions downtown. The staff has become family and our vacation is always so much better because of them. Lisa, the owner, is the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating woman I’ve ever met. I recommend this place to everyone I know and I look forward to our stay each year!

I spent 3 nights at the Motel Atlantis from August 14 to 17. I loved the place, the beach at the end of the field, the room, the swimming pool, everything was very clean even it's a bit old. I would go back there without hesitation. I will also recommend it. The staff is nice and several customers seem to be regulars in the place. The view we had from our unit was fantastic. It's a bit far from the pier but that suited us because we prefer tranquility to the bustle of the city center.

The owner was rude after we complained about the maids going in our suitcases & moving our personal belongings. The maids lied saying our 20 year old was wrestling in the room when a parent was in the room & no wrestling was happening. The room was dirty along with the bedding. Had to ask for towels every day. The bathroom is tiny with no fan & mildew on walls. The parking is terrible. We have been to this hotel over the years and the customer service & hospitality keep going down while the prices go up! I would highly recommend going elsewhere!
