I will only give one star to this branch . After asking for anything they were being oversmart and not answering properly . Cash counter staff are not good when we were saying anything they were answering rudely . They don't have manner to talk with customer.

Fir clothes i will give 5 star but for the billing counter i will 3 star and for the helpers will give 4 star. Cloths quality is ofcourse good .

I bought clothes today but they didn't give coupons for clothes. Instead, they gave footwear coupons. The staff were behaving very badly. I am not at all satisfied from their service.

Very bad experience. The manager is very ill mannered , shrewd and cunning type. He befool customers. And his simple aim is to harass , especially women. They give fake coupons whic are never applicable bon any purchase.

Very Bad Experience. The staff are rude to the customer. The customer can't redeem the scheme which is going on. After asking for coupon, they say that we don't have it and we didn't get it from the company.

Etawah center needs further proper handling. Few staff doing too well but few are just wondering around.

Very bad experience.Thrice we visited, all the time we were not satisfied.Dealings of the staff were not at all satisfying.Annoying and disgusting.Customers are not being valued .Felt always they had no solutions for any of their own problem.They blame that their Owner only can decide.Then why the manager dummy is for?Anyhow we decided not to visit this store again.

Plz avoid shopping in trends Etawah. The manager is not at all worthy for the post , he is working. His behavior is as if he is doing charity for us. I purchased shoes and sandals for little girls. I had some size issues, I went to him the very next day for exchange. His behaved so arrogantly. It was like he has done some obligation for me. First he said discounted items can't be exchange. Then he said u have to pay 800 Rs more for exchange. I said u take the amount and kindly exchange it. Then he said u are going to Delhi u exchange it in Delhi. I said when I have done purchasing in Etawah why the hell I will exchange in Delhi. This is the way the manager of a renowned brand Trends behave with the customers. He was behaving as if he has given the items in charity, so I have be satisfied with what I got. So plz avoid shopping in Trends Etawah. Else you would have to go through very insulting experience.

My experience at Trents Etawah was highly disappointing. I recently visited the store in the late evening and selected a jeans. However, the staff informed me that they couldn't process the billing at that moment and requested me to return the next day. The employee assured me that they would secure the chosen jeans until my return. Regrettably, when I revisited the store the very next day, I was informed that the jeans were sold out. The lack of commitment to their assurance and the sudden change in product availability were frustrating. The overall behavior of the staff was disappointingly rude, and the absence of transparency added to the dissatisfaction. In light of this experience, I cannot recommend this store to others. Encountering such a lack of professionalism is disheartening. I strongly advise anyone contemplating shopping at Trents Etawah to think twice before doing so. There are undoubtedly better places offering more reliable and customer-friendly services.

I am not stasified with this branch .Staff of this branch are not good specialy cash counter staff . After asking for coupon they were telling that company is not providing us the coupon .
