This was my third visit to Tanishq's Garia showroom. I exchanged my diamond finger ring bought in 2020 with a bigger diamond ring. Indranil helped me choose well and I can't thank him enough. I have always had a soft corner for TATA products and I was floored, once again, by the company's product, its people, and the showroom ambiance. Thank you Tanishq!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Tanishq Garia. The staff was very warm and welcoming, we went a bit late but they didn't rush us to select jewelry. They helped us choose and suggested options as per our personal taste. We also exchanged a very antique piece of jewelry at their store and the exchange was seamless and transparent. Special thanks to the manager for being so helpful and to Ms Rinky Parida for celebrating my sister's birthday, it was very sweet and heartwarming. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit this store.

Quality issue with Tanishq Products While the renowned jewelry brand Tanishq is expanding its base in different countries but I had a harsh experience with them recently as I found that they are heavily compromising on the quality of the products that are domestically sold in Indian markets (retail). We have been a regular customer of Tanishq products just because of the trust that Indian have had on Tata Group. We purchased a set of bangles on 12.12.2021 from their outlet but due to faulty product manufacturing/ design we could not use the same and had to get it repaired in a years time. Subsequently the product design also faded away besides gold started coming out of the product. Finally we had to part away with the jewelry yesterday (at this outlet) and we purchased a new one with additional square off amount. I requested the outlet for making good the making charges as I could not enjoy the product even for a period of two years but the outlet sternly denied to do anything because it doesn't fits their pricing policy. Hence as a small retail customer I loose out on my lovely bangles (which was a part of our rituals) and a part of making charges that I'd been charged by the Company in the year 2021. Hence please be careful in purchasing any product from Tanishq particularly about the product Quality. Thanks!

Today I bought my bridal earring. I am utterly disappointed. They weren't able to explain the breakage of the price. Last year we had been enrolled in a monthly scheme. Today our scheme matured and finally we went to buy our product. I truly love TATA products, but i didn't like this showroom's bad greetings. We asked them to show the breakage price, but they said it will be shown in the billing paper. But it wasn't clear, we asked them over and over again. For asking they didn't even serve coffee but they served and greeted coffee to other customers just beside us . This is horrible and disgusting. I had visited so many branded gold showrooms just beside them, all greeted us so well and we are satisfied. I would like to recommend you please greet customers with a smile and fresher tea, coffee etc 🙏. But truly satisfied with THE PRODUCT

This was my first visit to TanishQ showroom(Garia). Highly recommend!. I am very satisfied with my jewellery purchase. Excellent store with great varieties of designs. Staff are very polite and help you with the choice of selection of jewellery.
