A Priviliged account holder with account more than 15 yrs old and yet being treated pathetically everytime. Never seen a branch so disorganised. Recently had an issue with DBM Priyanka Kar and almost decided to close my account. For now am porting to another branch ...i would suggest avoid rhis branch..hope the organisation take notice of such feedback and take corrective actions

Very friendly behavior by everyone till the time your balance is above Rs 5L. As soon as your balance drops, their behavior also changes!

Haven't seen such rude customer representative. The lady tried to convince me to take a credit card which I never wanted. Upon refusal, she behaved rudely and never cooperated for which I was there at the bank. Worst service ever.

Most pathetic part is that there is no machine for cash deposit. Only one that is inside bank and it closes as soon as bank closes. They need to put is inside atm . Like sbi axis bank etc...

Well organised and staffs are helpful too.

Good branch, has demat desk but no wealth management HNI lounge. But it does have privileged banking section.

Offering various loan for not only their customers , it's for everybody who are eligible for the loan.

Worst service. Do not take responsibility of their work. Employees try to push low return investment products down your throat.

Their customer services are worst in the world. I came here for closing my demat account but they told me to come tomorrow or other days. Is this a Govt. Bank franlky i can say that they don't want to solve their customer query. As they acting like a government employee but the bank is private.

Is there anything below 1 star? I would rate the branch service a negative star. I am an NRI and visited India from the USA in the month of Dec 2022. I visited the branch for account conversion and met one Amitabha Bhattacharjee, who asked me to fill out many forms and made me visit the branch multiple times for 5 days. ( 8th Dec to 13th Dec). Today 15th March, nothing has moved, and no response to my messages. Why did I waste my precious time if they don't care for the customer? At the same time, my other bank account ( Axis Bank)  got converted in 7 days' time. Today I spoke to him again and he is asking for 10 days' time which is just another attempt of wasting my time. Is anyone responsible there in the branch? Maybe not. I will end my relationship with ICICI ( 15 Years)  because of this attitude. SVB survived somehow because of Fed and govt but I am sure, ICICI will be brought down by their own employees.

I came here to close my demat account, after that they say that the print out of the office is bad, after 7 days, I have to do this to make the bankers go around, how much is the whole academic useless bank account? No issue resolved
