Went there to buy a home use treadmill... a lot of stock to go through.. cooperative staff service.. very calm ,, very patient... gives u demo of anything u ask for... i can use everything a thousand times and check before buying something,, all kinds of payments possible are accepted... home delivery within 2 to 3 days of purchase, though extra charges for delivery at home a cording to distance from showroom. It is the best company to go for if u want to buy anything related to gyms and its eqipments... u can close ur eyes and believe in them.... My treadmill is an ac motor of 5 hp costing around 90k including 5 yrs warranty from company and all time warranty on body and frame from bodyline... They are actually the best in this segment in Kolkata... Main centre at ballygunge circular road.. other two at city center 1 and avni mall... there was one in metropolis,, but that closed down during Covid

Bodyline is very good store. And salesmans behavior are also good, and here all products is very very good quality and pocket budget. My experience is very good. I suggest all of you go & buy fitness equipment in the BODYLINE.

I bought a treadmill from this place back in 2016 and it's still going strong. Whenever I had any problems with it and I called them up, they provided prompt and great service. The regular servicing is diligently performed and restores the treadmill to almost a new state. I'm quite satisfied with this establishment.

Absolutely worst quality products. I had bought a stationary cycle(17,000 inr) for my rehab. 2 days after installation weird noise started coming. After 2-3 weeks again a different noise started coming, technician came and told that "bearing" was damaged, this is 3 weeks after buying the product. They changed it. Now after 1.5 months again another type of sound is coming which is very disturbing. Better go for a local company than Bodyline.

Fast and efficient service done by Mintu. Edit: I am forced to retract my previous statement after the series of events that took place since the aforementioned servicing. Only days after the servicing I was using my treadmill when I noticed the belt was starting to crumple as attached in the images below. I panicked and immediately called Bo to schedule an inspection. During my call I requested the service be scheduled for the evening as we work and do not stay at home during the day. The service person ultimately arrived 5 days after my initial call (and several more calls in between). Without even touching the machine he said the belt is old and needs replacement. I was obviously upset as these things cost a lot of money and told him my belt had been changed less than two years ago. He argued vehemently stating the belt that was on my machine has gone out of production over 3 years ago. He obviously had to rescind his words after I made him call the store who confirmed what I had said. Moreover, they denied that the damage could have been caused by the previous servicing and initially refused to reduce the cost. Unsatisfied with their responses and disappointed with their lack of support and loyalty, I turned to another reputed company that services sporting equipment. They promptly sent a technician the very next day, who on careful inspection confirmed my fears. The belt had indeed been tightened too hard causing it to fray at the joint. Additionally the lower plank was completely dry which indicated that it had not been oiled properly. This company offered to repair my belt at a cost lower than the revised quote of Bodyline Sports. I can only conclude by expressing my deep concern regarding the complete disregard practised by Bodyline and their obvious lack of concern for the products they themselves sell. Terrible customer support.

We bought a trademill a year back. The salesman helped us to chose the best machine and indeed it was the best since there is has been no problems since we started working out a year back. The service team is excellent. One call and the next day the mechanic was there at the scheduled time. Sales and support team deserves commendation.

Not surprised at all the reviews mentioning arrogant And poor staff behaviour. They have so many employees and few customers in comparison yet no one is able to attend to the customer. Staff are all Engrossed in their mobile phones, rude, curt and just not interested. Its a shame. Although I have bought many gym equipments from them, I will not be returning to the store anymore.

Planned this activity for a work party and it was a success! Matt was super responsive and quick at responding and booking the time slot. When we got to the park he was waiting with all the balls blown up, which was nice that it didn't cut into our hour. Him and one of his staff took tons of photos and videos which was cool! We all had a blast, our only complaint was that some of the balls were foggy, which made it hard to see some of the times.

Most worst place to buy any equipment. I m from O2 FITNESS CLUB, I buy a viva CrossFit fan which cost is 1,28,800/- (One lack twenty eight thousand eight hundred) they send me a second hand equipment. And their behaviour is the worst . They only know how 2 cheat with customer.

Horrible and strange are the two words.I bought an exercise bike yesterday.Thr salesmen sold us a demo piece saying that it is fresh piece.We trusted them since the shop is supposed to be reputed.This morning a lady calls up and says that we insisted on buying the demo piece.Let me ask a simple qs,am I mad?I only insisted that I will arrange for the delivery of the product as I dnt want to go into the hassle of making full payment and then waiting for the delivery.The lady who called up also doesn't know how to apologize.She seemed to be busy defending her staff.I dnt understand her calling up also.Why bother if you are ok with the incident.Maybe the google review my sister wrote yesterday forced her.
