The room I stayed in was huge and quite elegant for its price. Will arrange to come back for our next client call.

Fabulous hotel. I visited here at the Independent National Day (April - May) and there were not too many customers bc of the covid pandemic. So we got a room upgrade, which is fortunately great. The room is so cozy and neat, yet very luxury and modern. It has a spacious lobby and a pool, which is located at the ground floor. Unfortunately, the sky bar and spa were closed since the covid restrict. Breakfast has a variety of choice and made-to-order fried eggs. Beautiful and i would come back.

The staff are friendly and will go over and beyond to help. The rooms are clean but feel a bit outdated. The hotel is so big that the upkeep suffers. The hallways are hot and smell like cigarettes smoke. The gym is big but needs to be cleaned and cared for. The pools looks like it needs to be cleaned. And lastly the service in the seafood restaurant is awful and the food shockingly bad. Keep in mind it’s 1-1.5 hours from Saigon. Aside from the staff, there was nothing noteworthy about this hotel and I would not stay here again. That said, the view from the 13th floor is sweet!

Better than expected! With some of the reviews, I thought I would encounter poor services and food would taste good. However, those reviews might be for the wedding banquets or from the local competitors. Check in was quick and easy. They didn’t mix up my room. I requested a change of room to the opposite side of the hallway, and they handled it swiftly. Hotel guests were always acknowledged and greeted. The cleaning crew was being loud in the hallway, but the front desk got them to quiet down right away after one phone call. They noticed that we were on our way to the gym before operation hours and sent someone to open the gym for us without asking. A+ The room was large and super nice and clean. It looked like a brand new hotel even though it was built 2 years ago. The bathtub was so clean that I wasn’t afraid to bath in. The windows/patio doors were almost sound proof. The bed was really comfy that I slept straight til morning. It’s my first good night sleep after a week in Viet Nam. Breakfast was really good. They had different local foods on my two days there. Juices, salad, and a number of choices remained the same. The watermelon juice was made at the bar right outside the breakfast room. And they constantly refilled their foods and drinks. I couldn’t get enough of their detox water. It was so good. I wished that I brought a tumbler along to save some of those detox water! — I would like to see improvement on their gym because there’s no towels and no paper cups for water or vending machine. People sweat a lot and get pretty thirsty when they exercise.

Fantastic hotel. I’ve been to many hotels for my trip around asia for the past two months, but this one was worth writing a review for. Excellent service with people who always have a smile on their face and who are so respectful, the best bed I’ve ever slept on, spacious rooms, and my brother said it was the best gym he’s seen in a hotel in asia. Not to mention, one of the best free breakfasts I’ve ever had from a hotel. My favourite part of the experience was that the hotel was not busy, so it was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend.

Very kind and attentive staff, lovely, clean big rooms. Every request we made was met with no fuss, including a late checkin at 1am. The pool was clean and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight! Just keep in mind that it is quite far from any tourist attractions and is in a business/residential area. Lovely for a relaxing weekend however. The Chill BBQ grill had a nice atmosphere but expensive. 5 star hotel for sure.

I can only comment on the bar on the first floor and the rooftop restaurant. I didn't stay in the rooms. The bar and restaurant are both nice, clean, well-equipped. They are a little old style, but that is quite common in Vietnam, hospitality levels are not at the same level as Thailand or Singapore, etc.

Sihn (the General Manager) and his team looked after us well. The room (King Suite) was perfect. Large and clean. There was lots of choice at breakfast which was included, but overall the staff polite and courteous nature was first class from the man who helped me park my motorbike to the room service, to the hotel reception staff - everyone excellent and I will be stay there again as it is a little retreat from Saigon.

Nice 5-star hotel located at 20 minutes from Bien Hoa industrial areas and 40 minutes from Ho Chi Minh airport. Highly courteous staff and plenty of high level services, like gym, swimming pool, 3 restaurants made the stay pleasant. Spa to open soon. Both Rooftop and Seashell restaurants have big menus with wide range of Asian dishes (and some non-Asian ones like pizza). Most activities close at 21:00. If you don't smoke, just remember to ask for a smoke-free room.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and the facilities are excellent, with a good choice of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The breakfast choice was plentiful - there was something to suit everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back!

In general, it was a nice experience. We booked the big room with an amazing view over the city. The room was spacious with a nice ambient. The only concern was the breakfast, which was kind of basic. A lot of things were out and haven't been refilled. Also, the choices of food were rather limited.

I were actualy enjoy the rooftop bbq restaurant but not the room hence I would prefer not mention much. The Rooftop BBQ follow the Korean dishes styles (but in different modified way :) ), the foods & drink are just fine, the view is great ! Thanks.

A great swimming pool even in the winter time. Great gym. A wide open lovely suite. Attentive and kind staff. I'll be back for sure. Possibly the best hotel in Bien Hoa area.

I have stayed in this hotel every time when I visit Biên Hoà. Most recently, I did a self-quarantine for over 15 days in the hotel. The hotel amenities are superb, location is perfect (near the public areas that many locals exercise and the dancing by lady groups are fabulous), restaurant serves a variety of Asian and American foods, and the hotel services are excellent. I have traveled quite a bit and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travel to Biên Hoà or nearby areas.

First off, I don't know what kind of fantasy world anyone who gives this place less than four stars lives in. I honestly was blown away and the only thing I could find to complain about was that my mini fridge didn't have a control knob...I lived through it. Spacious, clean room, meticulous grounds, cold air conditioning, nice TV and movies, good breakfast, great room service dining, refreshing and clean pool...this place is quite nice and worth every penny. Expect to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff who speak and understand enough English to get by, more than most 5 stars I've stayed at throughout Asia. For room service, I ordered the following things: First thing I ordered was chicken rice soup aka porridge. I know what you are thinking, why order cheap street food at a place like this? I wanted it, health wasn't feeling great so this is my go to. Only fancy beef or pork on the menu but there was no problem making exceptions to the substitution, very good and just what I wanted with all the toppings. Next day I'm feeling better, maybe from the rice soup, so order some sort of fried cheese appetizer with a berry sauce, also good. French fries, club sandwich (actually had real Turkey), Hawaiian pizza and fruit platter were all good. Later during my stay, I also had a spaghetti bolognese and breuchetta that was alright but a little bland. Finally, the tiramisu was light, fluffy and not overly sweet...fantastic! Only two things I would recommend are first, reserving a room on a floor as high up as possible, and expecting to taxi wherever you need to go. My room was on the 5th floor and every once in a while I could hear a freight train slightly in the background, not bad...nothing's perfect and I reserved on a 3rd party website, so next time I'll call directly and go for floors 15+. For taxi, I downloaded Grab which is similar to Uber but you can pay cash to the driver...worked awesome! Great job Mira and staff, I'll be back in the summer! I was not influenced in any way for my review but if management wanted to get me up near the top floor for my next stay, it would really be a lucky day!

Good and large local hotel with friendly staff. Modern, clean room with high quality materials and all conveniences. Not too far from everything in Bien Hoa. Good breakfast buffet with a variety of choices and made-to-order eggs. Spacious lobby and bar area, and plenty of parking space in the basement. Stayed for a few days during Tet 2019 to visit friends. Everything seemed very new and the staff a little unpracticed, and they missed housekeeping for my room for 2 days in a row - not a biggie but this shouldn't happen at such a place; hopefully they will improve on it. Other than that, really nothing to complain about and would definitely consider to stay there again.

this is the first 5 star hotel in Dong Nai, that makes local people don't have the right perspective to know what 5 start means. To me (as a customer, as a person who worked in 5 star environment in Sai Gon) I would rate it not even 3 star. Staff under training, management team looks professional but have no idea how to solve a problem when it occurs, they just try to blame to someone, something else and excuse this is 5 star hotel, this is our standard. poor customer service. If management team, owners or stakeholders have a chance to read this review, I hope they would take some action to bring back 5 star hotel means. Cheers

Do not recommend staying here. Unprofessional, unfriendly treatment at check-out from receptionist Tam Nguyen. Tam Nguyen was very rude and disrespectful. I recommend finding another hotel in the area that has staff that will actually respect their guests. Check-out behavior and attitude is just as important, if not more, than check-in. Tam Nguyen also forgot to return our deposit. How can there be such untrained staff at a 5-star hotel? Unbelievable. If you choose to stay here, be warned that you will not receive a “5-star” experience.

The staff was excellent, well trained, whatever we wanted was gotten immediately. My son had his wedding at the Mira and everything went as planned. Food was excellent. The free breakfast was a feast, with American food as well as local food. My room was beautiful and clean, the view was great the city at my feet. Security was great I could go outside any time of the day. I have traveled to many cities in the US and aboard, and this is the best 5star hotel I have stayed in. Barb Fisher, US

They are a little old style, but that is quite common in Vietnam, hospitality levels are not at the same level as Thailand or Singapore, etc. The staff was pleasant, spoke a little English (which is ok because it's Bien Hoa, not HCMC), and they were not pushy, but ready when asked. Great view, reasonable prices, and easy to find location.

actually I was there for an event however, the speed was too slow, each dish needs to wait 30 mins. once the plate is out, have to wait for servers to spit the food and it took too long .
