Front desk was very accommodating and rooms were very nice! Pool not open until 4:00 PM? Not sure what's the point of having a pool, especially on the weekends if you can't use it all day. Our kids were ramped up for the water park and pool and we didn't even get a chance to use it! We had over 100 guests at this hotel for a wedding. $14.95 for a pool pass? We did end up getting player's cards to cover our pool expense, but not sure why we were charged a $10 resort fee for each day. We loved the fact there was a coffee bar in the lobby, but it was NEVER open! We did get coffee on the casino floor but took over an hour. Thankfully all of your staff great and customer service was A+

Whew. This casino is missing the mark BIG TIME on customer service, food service and quality. The new hotel is beautiful of course because it’s new. Pleased with check in and hotel customer service but the restaurants and bartenders were the absolutely most rude, unorganized people I’ve met in a LONG time. The bartender opening for the day (2pm) at the main bar, parlay lounge was down right RUDE, disrespectful and embarrassing. It wasn’t just us that felt like we were inconveniencing him in his bar prep. There were about 10 people waiting patiently until the bar opened at 2. We waited until 5-10 after and another couple approached and said well I’m sorry I figured since it was after 2 like you said a bit ago that we could get a drink, the bartender literally lashed out and said “this bar doesn’t open until I take the sign off this bar.” By this point every stool was full for the event drawing. Several of us just got up and left. I refuse to gamble or even spend a dollar if this is how guests are treated. Local or like us from hours away. After an event trying to get something to eat at 10:30, forget it. No room service which we understand. So we went down and stood in line for almost 1.5 hours only to be told we couldn’t take our food To go. Even sat at a table ordered and was told we couldn’t take our food to go. What kind of organization plans an event for months and months and months who cannot take care of their guests at $500 a room, $1000 in spending for drinks and food? Being from the food service business, what a NIGHTMARE. I won’t even go into detail about how SLOW, rude and down right awful the event staff was. TI , this is an example of pure lack of management.

the Bad: For the price, we paid the room felt like a letdown. Also although it was pretty expensive it had no microwave and no refrigerator. We also had a special request as it was my birthday, my husband's birthday, and our wedding anniversary, and the request was not even acknowledged or fulfilled. The Good: The room was clean and the staff was great. The shuttle was absolutely nice to have. Conclusion: If I pass through this town again, I will definitely stay somewhere else.

Treasure Island has really gone downhill since opening after COVID. Originally they did not have a smoking section. I just received an invitation to their casino as they have made a smoking section now They no longer have free drink stations but you can buy one from a vending machine for about three dollars. Their wait staff can also get you one but there are so few you have to cash out of your machine and go chase them down. When I asked why no self serve anymore they told me Pepsi told them it wasn't a good idea and strongly advised against it. I know that is a lie because no other casino has a problem with it and I gamble all over Minnesota and Northern Iowa I tried to get a soda at two am and all of the vending machines were out of any diet options. There was one wait staff for the whole casino and after waiting for about half an hour I just had to change machines. They did tell me I could just go buy a soda at their over snack bar So here are my issues with all of this. 1. First I know they are lying acting like Pepsi doesn't want them to have self service stations 2. I do not like having to chase someone down to get a drink then having to give them a tip out of guilt. That makes a free drink not free 3. I have diabetes plus my mobility is limited. It's rude of them to not keep vending machines stocked if they give you no choice but to use them or just suggest you leave your machine, which could be doing well, to get a drink. 3. The people I spoke with the second time I went there told me at 2am that even though they were the only staff they were not allowed to pour sodas though the first time I went it was not an issue. Btw it's not the wait staff fault. Even though the casino wasn't super busy at 2 am it was ridiculous to expect one person to service everyone in the whole casino. My experience shows me that they are lying in an attempt to squeeze every single dime out of their customers. I will not be going there anymore. I'm not paying for drinks or walking all over the casino to buy one at the snack bar because they can't keep a machine they are forcing people to use stocked. And btw the security people who kindly helped me said ALL of the machines were out of sugar free options. Oh the bar has bottled water on the counter but they can't even put that in an ice bucket so it's hot. Nice going Treasure Island. Next time you have something new don't invite customers who haven't been there in years just so you can screw them over. I will also be calling the Vegas location to see if they even know or care what Welch is doing

I was at Treasure Island for a comedy show at the Event Center. My son and I thought we'd make a day of it with some gambling and dinner before the show. Gaming was fine. We won some, we lost some on the slots. Dinner at the buffet was not great. All the food was cold. The stations were dirty. The floor was super sticky! I guess having a 24 hour all you can eat buffet means cleaning is optional. I was really disappointed. The show was cramped and uncomfortable. Floor seats at the Event Center are not worth it. The seats in the back and sides might be worth it but I didn't sit there so I can't comment on that. The reason I gave two stars instead of one (or zero) is because I wanted to give them credit for their service staff. The bussers at the buffet were quick and polite. The ushers at the Event Center were also very helpful and polite. Overall I was really disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT!!! Treasure Island Resort & Casino went out of their way to make sure all our wedding guests were taken care of! With 300+ wedding guests they helped us with a last minute reservation and made us feel like their guests. Kristi, the lead shuttle driver, specifically made sure that every guest got to and from our wedding safely. Reliable, responsive, timely, clean transportation, and kind hearted drivers-- we are so grateful we were able to work with Kristi and her team. She brought calmness to a stressful day. She made sure guests arrived before the ceremony and picked up the last guests late at the end of the night. Professional and personable, we appreciate Kristi's hard work, making our wedding day extra memorable! Worth EVERY penny if you have a wedding near TI.

We did an overnight Play and Stay package in the new Wolf Tower. Pulled in almost four hours early and we're extremely delighted to be informed our room was already to go! Room was excellent with a great view of the surrounding bluffs. HUGE shower area and very comfortable bed. Took a little time to figure out all the amenities and the safe malfunctioned. The water park was enjoyable although we were a little disappointed that severe storms closed the outdoor whirlpool. Nice pool/bar section and lazy river float. Kids will absolutely love the two large water slides. Wound up losing a little bit but, still enjoyed our stay!

We arrived Saturday evening for the Fluffy show that was being held there. Parking was fairly easy to find in the main hotel parking lot. Front desk was very nice and check in was quick. Our room was super easy to find, the air was already cooling the room when we arrived. We had only about an hour before the show so we headed down. Upon arriving back to our room after the show a shower was in order since we sat in a bit of ran at the show. I pulled a towel down off the rack and unfolded it and to my disgust there was a large handful of hair folded into the towel. It was absolutely disgusting to me and I’m not exactly sure how this clump of hair was folded into the towel. I’ve been a housekeeper before and this should absolutely never happen. My fiancé called down to the front desk for clean towels as no one answered in housekeeping, the woman on the phone was very short with him and offered no apology. Upon checking out I took the hairy towel with me and gave it to the front desk lady, explained the situation and she was very apologetic and said she would make sure housekeeping was shown. For the price we paid for our 1 night stay to say I was dismissed an understatement!!

This place is significantly below average. The line at the front desk was consistently long, although I will say the employees working are very kind and polite. We were there under a wedding block and they were very graciously working with us to accommodate having a room and being able to get dressed for a 4:00 wedding. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that NEVER opened in the 3 days we were there. The pool is only open from 4-10 and requires you to BUY a pool pass. What are you even paying for with the resort fee, then? The dining options within the hotel are below average as well. I wanted to get a workout in and needed to fill up my water bottle - not a water fountain in sight. After looking for what seemed like 15 minutes, we wandered up to the bar and asked for a cup of ice water. Yellowish-brown liquid flowed from the drink hose into a cup with lots of floating brown specks. GROSS. We ended up going to the gas station nearby and buying a case of water. We also had family staying on several floors. Nearly every floors vending machines and ice machines were broken. We finally found a working vending machine after trying 2 others. This place is mediocre, at best, very overpriced, and not worth the hype & "resort" fees.

This casino used to be alright. The fact that they got rid of the two games I thoroughly enjoyed and brought in a bunch of the same kind of games led me to downgrade my review. There is practically a whole room dedicated to BUFFALO! I enjoy those games from time to time but I don't need to play 30 different variations of it. Then there is a lot of those super big games with terrible payouts. Yeah, no thank you. They eat your bankroll up so fast you can't really enjoy your time here. As I was driving home tonight I realized I don't ever need to go back to TI. I bid thee adieu!

Never again!! Only if you can afford to bet high, maybe your odds are good. The employees here do not have any idea what a smile is, much less courtesy or manners! Overpriced soda machines, and you have to beg for free water! You would think that with all the gains (no one winning) they could afford to put out a free soda fountain, Mystic Lake Casino is 100 times better!! It is completely out of the way to get here, and the road on approach is horrible. I do not reccomend it, and I will not be back!! Rude and obnoxious employees!!

Rooms are good, staff are very strict on the rules. Pool sucked if you are under 21 you aren’t allowed to relax in warm water. No hot tubs outside of the 21+ area. Being almost 20 sat in the far corner of the hot tubs not bugging anyone just relaxing and got told to leave because I wasn’t 21 and the door I entered through just said adult pool area. 18+ is considered adult

Top notch service as always! Very friendly and helpful staff! Our kids had such a great time at the kids quest that even after 2 hours they really didn't want to leave! Was sad to see the beverage stations gone, but relived to find out complimentary pop was still offered at the bar. Also noticed employees walking around taking drink requests. I think these were smart ideas. We had a great time on the machines! Wish we could've stayed longer :) can't wait to return! We did miss the buffet, but I thought I saw it was opening again soon?

If you read a few reviews of this place before going like I did you will get a negative impression of it, I wanted to leave a positive review based on my experience of last weekend my girlfriend and I stayed there for the 3 Doors Down show, the casino is beautiful, everyone is very friendly everything is very clean, the restaurant is fantastic, the place just has a sweet happy feel to it the venue for the concert is an intimate scale and we were right there with the band, not stuck way back in the rafters like you would be with some giant venue So again, reading a few reviews before visiting you might get a negative impression..this is not true at all :) it is a great place and honestly I really look forward to going back. give it a shot and I think you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was I have no affiliation at all with the casino or the tribe, they seem like great people trying to do good services for everyone and I wanted to try to convey my impressions

A mile walk at least from the parking to the door. Had to walk all the way through the casino just to get food. TV didn't work in the room but they did bring in a new larger TV so the service was good. For the price I expected a larger TV in the room and a shuttle service around the parking lot to get you to the door and free hot breakfast. I don't gamble but this was the only hotel with rooms available for the weekend we were there for a wedding. The next time I'm in the area and need to spend the night, I'll choose a different hotel closer to town.

The hotel was nice, good band was playing and most of the staff was really nice. Was at the arcade and the server went down and they wouldn't refund my money or the other three people I was with so just wasted $40, told me that the money stays on the card for ever but I don’t live close at all and didn’t want to come back in general. The lady at the arcade was kind of rude towards us when I asked if she could help us.

We used to come here regularly years ago and go to the seafood night at the buffet. Now that it finally reopened after the pandemic, we were really looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately the new reservation/waitlist system is a borderline scam likely designed to get walk ins to gamble for hours on the off chance of getting in. We had this happen to our group and ended up leaving without getting in to the buffet. The best part is the casino wasn’t nearly as busy as it used to be and from talking to the staff it sounds like a good portion of the reservations are no shows and there are tons of empty tables. Definitely won’t be back.

Love this place! They are always coming up with new and exciting gifts and give aways. As always the hotel room was nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and I love the waitresses who come around to ask if you need anything. Always something new to see and do. I definitely recommend it for anyone who has never been. It’s worth the drive for sure.

Can't review the rooms, they are never available to stay in. The casino has a great atmosphere, fun and good vibes. Indoor concerts are nice, again no rooms available. Outdoor amphitheatre is ok, too big for what they are prepared for though. Wait lines for water when it's extremely hot is inexcusable. Parking wasn't bad however, it took 2 hours to get out of the parking lot after the outdoor concert...two hours! They need to work on that issue or add on more rooms for guests to stay in for these large events! I heard they overbooked the campground and refused refunds to those they turned away and had a reservation. They have some things to work through here for these large outdoor events.

Didn't stay at the hotel. Saw Carrie Underwood at the amphitheater. Lots of fun, great outdoor venue. I recommend getting tickets as early as possible and booking a room so you can party hard. All hotels within a 25 mile radius were sold out a week before the concert date, so we had to drive home after the show. Will book WAY in advance next time.

My god they had games I've never seen before. The food was especially good and the people there truly want your time to be enjoyable. Kids quest was fun for my kid. She had a wonderful time said the Mac and cheese was delicious. Parking was easy and not complicated. You have to smoke outside but it was well worth the trip. Bingo slots resort kids quest or babysitters table games and a really nice hotel. Thier promotions were way better than other places I been to and guest services was not only helpful but all around good people. Our time was relaxing and fun I will be coming back to treasure island resort and casino!!!

My friends and I enjoy the drive to TI and our experience once we are there. The newer rooms in the hotel are gorgeous. Windows from the ceiling to the floor with phenomenal views.Showers are huge and very modern. We are going again this next weekend. Very stoked!!

Just attended my second outdoor concert at the amphitheater. This time I arrived 2 hours early and did not experience any line whatsoever to park! Quick and painless! Food trucks were great once again. Had some mini donuts and beef brisket, yumm! Acoustics were great from our “reserved seating” (non-general admission) near the production booth. Plenty of decent port-a-pots for your excretion needs. I’d do it again :)

Loved the Nick Swardson show last night! He's such a funny great guy. He got a bit chocked up when he talked about his Great Friend Norm Macdonald. It was sweet but heartbreaking. He so nailed it, though hilariously funny!!

It was ok. They don't give you free play to sign up. You have to spend a bit of money in order to get the free play. The staff didn't know how to take care of the coupons that were given out and just overall, was aggravating. One of the women in the sign up area said to me, "yea we don't just hand out free money." In a rude way.

Went for a rock concert. Not at the ampitheater but the event center. Will not be back for a concert. A comedy show or other type of show I would definitely come for, but not a concert. Moderate sized casino. Lots of slots new and old. Someone won $26k on a slot when we were there! I'd come back to play also.

This is a very nice hotel and casino near Redwing, MN. They have a large gaming area, I honestly find the layout a bit confusing after several visits. They have a wide variety of modern slots, classic penny slots, a large table gaming area, as well as a bingo annex. The casino is non-smoking however there is a nice large smoking area with its own bar, so you could easily be in there the whole time. One of the biggest drawbacks in my opinion is the lack of free refreshments. There are Pepsi machines all over where you can purchase a $3 bottle and there are bars stocked with various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is a buffet and several eating establishments right off the gaming floor but honestly I don't know anything about any of that. If you're new, as I recently was, it would probably help to have a friend go with who knows the ropes. Their new member promotion included a spin on a wheel if you could accumulate 10 points. I was surprised to find out it cost several dollars for each point. It ends up costing like 11 dollars and then I only won $8 free play on the wheel. Having pointed out the opportunities, I have gone 4 times and won $100, lost $10, and came up even twice. Staff has been friendly except for one unusual experience with a somewhat hostile bartender - apparently standing at the bar and ordering a drink might be a trigger for some, you're supposed to order from the little corral bars thing. Overall a good casino, I will definitely go back.

I was really pleased with this property especially after reading all the bad reviews. This casino is worthy of any Vegas hotel! The staff was super friendly, the rooms (we stayed in the new addition) were very nice, everything was very upscale. Tons of slots! Lots to do! Prices are reasonable $5.00 for a Miller Lite. We will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about the great service. I'm a professional driver, and often need to order supplies and toiletries. I was worried that my packages would get lost if I shipped to the hotel, but I received every package. There was at least three, and they started arriving the day before I did. EVERYONE that I communicated with was so pleasant and eager to assist me. I will definitely come back to stay.

Check-in staff friendly and accommodating even with a long line. Worked effectively and all appeared friendly. We were in the Wolf Tower and had a great room. Modern, spacious, comfortable bed, lots of pillows, chair, bench, refrigerator, safe, nice bathroom/shower. Used the pool area, adults only area, hot tub, swim up bar and outside area. Friendly and attentive bartenders. Casino is smoke free and has usual variety. Live music was nice. They now have vending machines everywhere so not sure if you can still get free pop, watet, coffee like you used to. The one place they consistently fall short is food options. Very limited options, slow service and just all around disappointing. Otherwise good overall trip

I give most of the staff a 5 star. I give the hotel and resort itself a 3 star. They need to do what ever they have to in order , to get more staff. Sadly, nothing is open to which includes the pool, bowling alley, or evening bingo, until 4 or 5 pm. The blame is once again placed on covid aftermath, which most of us are tired of hearing. Its been over 3 years since the covid outbreak. For customers that book by telephone, we should be made aware that these resort activities are not available until 4 to 5 pm. My family also asked for the newer part of the hotel, but we, were placed in the Buffalo tower which is old. The bathtub is so stained the pink color looks like it has mildew. There was also a large black hair on the toilet. Oh and another gripe is that you have to come back to get a pass to the pool because they hotel requires you have a players card. The lines were so long we could not wait so, we only got 10 minutes in the pool before they closed. Oh, and my family was not impressed with their slot selection. Most are very old. Positive note, The security was the best. Professional, friendly and helpful. Kudos to all of them.

Absolutely loved the room. Was there for a conference, food was delicious. Didn't receive the best service at the Steakhouse that's inside the casino. The server (Alex, I believe her name was) wasn't very tentative. Otherwise my experience there was lovely.

I like it so much better now that the casino is smoke free. The outdoor amphitheater is great and they handle the additional traffic well. We got "lucky" and happened to stop by on pow wow night and it was amazing. Shopped some hand made jewelry and really enjoyed the music and dancing

Went there for concert. Didn't stay in a room so I couldn't give it a rating. Parking was fine but leaving was horrible. Took almost an hour to leave the area and this was two hours after the concert. The casino is great. Lots of table games and slots. Poker room has 7 tables and played 3-6 kill and 2-100 spread with no cap. I enjoyed the room. Only downside was couple dealers seemed to be beginners and no fountains for drinks for pop/coffee. Had to ask waitress or bar.

Treasure Island (T.I.) is always fun to go to. It is children friendly with its bowling, arcade, and swimming. I give the rooms a 4 only because last time I was there some rooms are updated and others are old. If T.I. has updated all their rooms then I give 5 starts. Depending on who I have interacted with I usually get great service, but there's always a chance I get the person in a mood. The location is a little far from the Twin Cities area and you have to take city roads to get there. I prefer mystic lake because it seems the slots are looser there, but I have won at T.I. just not as much as Mystic Lake. I would recommend going there if you're in the area.

I haven't been to TI much since covid hit, However, I went down there early morning with a few friends recently. All I can say is, we got very thirsty,( i was lucky enough to have a young man come and offer me a beverage on one occasion. ) but on top of putting all your money into the machines with pretty much no payback to even be entertained for any length of time they expect you to purchase soda from vending machines. The prices on food went way up, and all comps seem to have gone way down. I was just disgusted with most of the staff I encountered while gaming. They were not at all friendly. ( all except the young man who offered a beverage of course. ) Anytime I spoke to any of the staff they seemed to look at me with some judgmental uninterested thinking. Asking any sort of questions seemed to be out of the question, for they mostly shrugged off having any knowledge or people skills for that matter. All in all, it was a short visit. My friends and I were sadly disappointed and quite broke when we left.

I came here to see Fluffy (Gabriel Iglesias) perform outside at the "amphitheater". First, he was absolutely amazing! Would not go back to the amphitheater though! It is not even a true amphitheater. You are in a parking lot with metal seats that are bolted down and are absolutely tiny (Think an airplane seat. But all metal, and slightly smaller). Since you are in a parking lot, the seats don't get higher and higher up like a typical amphitheater. I saw a lot of people that were too large for their seats or were uncomfortable and had to move to the back grass so they could still enjoy their show. There were lots of food trucks, bathrooms, and drink options outside for the show. Inside: the casino is extremely choppy. It's not one big room (like how Mystic Lake is). This place is a bunch of small ones. It feels like they kept expanding and just opening up another wall... 15 times. Because of this, each room had different temperatures. One room would be nice & cool ans the next would be super humid & hot. Pro tip: if you are larger or weigh more than 250lbs... Don't pay for a seat at the amphitheater. Bring a folding camping chair and pay to sit in the open grass seating in the back.

Great venue for concerts - both inside and outside. Just saw the Doobie Brothers and stayed at the RV park as all rooms were booked. The Buffet was closed due to staffing issues. We have also stayed at the Marina (highly recommended)
