Surajkund Mela that attracts millions of tourists from around the globe. This mela showcase different culture and different cuisine from every part of the Country and is loved by many people. You can get handcrafted goods, home, kitchen and furniture items here. Love the vibe this place offers. It has ample of parking space with charges of Rs 150 for car for 4 hours. Entry ticket is Rs 120 (weekdays) and Rs 180 (weekends). Due to massive heatwave its advised to visit mela in evening time.

35th Suraj Kund International Crafts Mela started here at Suraj Kund , Haryana on 19th March, 2022 , which will last till 4th April, 2022. Number of stalls including that from foreign countries are here selling and displaying various items and promoting various services . This year Uzbekistan is the foreign partner country in the Mela. Stalls selling wood works, pottery works , handloom and handicrafts items, fancy items etc are here. There are stalls promoting tourism in Jammu and Kashmir as this year the theme of the Mela is J & K. Vintage Golf Carts from J & K are on display . Many cultural activities are taking place from dance , music , fine arts workshop , folk dances and music etc. Good parking arrangments are here although parking fee is high @ Rs 150/- per vehicle , entry fee is Rs 120/- per person . 50 % concessions is given to students , senior citizens and defence personnel in entry fee that is Rs.60/- per per person for them . There is provision of temporary dispensary with ambulance , sub post office , fire fighting arrangments inside this Suraj Kund International Crafts Mela . There are so many good stalls inside the Mela to provide good and soft drinks at reasonable prices . Large pose of policemen on duty for maintaining law and order and see the security arrangements in the Mela.

Dance form different cultures , great place to enjoy. I only hope , people who visit should be more careful will eating , because tables in food court were mess & cleaning staff should be more attentive.

It's world best fair in India, you get to meet the art work from cities of culture and handwork found in India. This fair not only gives opportunities to seller to sale but also to aware of citizens of this nation to meet with the art work and Indian heritage work and accessories. Mesmerizing music & dance forms of India, colourful streets and the delicious food of India and States originated.

The annual affair is back again , a huge display of handicrafts and dances of almost all the states of India , the lake though is dried out but is replaced with all other activities , the area now has two five star hotels and two four star hotels , overall a superb place for a day out .

Surajkund is the best fair that I have ever visited. I usually do keep visiting the annual trade fairs and dilli haats regularly, but Surajkund is bigger and better. Everything is well managed as well. Do check the handloom from various states and don't miss Jaleba; a huge jalebi available for Rs 100 when you go there. You will need a minimum of 2 to 3 hours of you go there

Have been regular at surajkund mela every year, this year in 2023, it seems organisers have tried hard to revive the spirit of this mela. Last couple of years it was little dry, though there is not much change in stalls which always had mix of local and international stalls, but there are more street artists so the energy is high

Wow for the handicraft lovers, this 15 days long event is rated among the top gatherings spot for Delhi NCR folks. One can find textile, leather, brass, jute, pottery, bamboo and cane hand made products from all states, especially from north east region. It is an international event with participants from various countries showcasing their unique handicrafts. It is also a place for foodies with choice of local foods from various states. There are several cultural events taking place including various dance troops appealing every passerby to take part in local dance be it Hariyanavi or Punjabi Bhangra. Very beautifully decorated stalls made by rural artists using eco-friendly stuff. Excellent facilities for toilets at almost every 100 meters location, superb police patrolling, fire brigade, ambulance and equipped with live cameras for the attendees. Worth visiting for discounted products available from the manufacturers directly.
