I had an very bad experience in the journey with nova ivf. First of all at the time of counselling they promised to provide that consultation and scanning charges are included in the package for complete ivf cycle, but after OPU ,they will be asking the additional consultation as well as scanning fee. Secondly, I didn't found any proper information about the embryo and its transfer. Third, as part of feedback and review what I found there is they always ask the patient to give the 5 star as well as positive reviews even before you complete the ivf cycle . So I hope 1 star is enough.

We live in USA but basically from Siliguri. We planned for the treatment in NOVA in 2023. It was a wonderful, successful experience. Doctors are amazing, all the staffs are humble, caring which matters the most. Shatabdi Dey was our doctor, she is amazing, beyond expectation. We felt so homely at Nova.
